Can anybody give me tips on how to lose weight in my stomach and naturally cleanse my colon? -

I want my thighs and legs to stay the same size, and I want my stomach to go down. How can I do that? I know most people say that it is hard or impossible to target one area to lose weight in. And can I cleanse my colon with stuff that I just have at home?

I say to eat from all of the food groups. Oh also lots of fiber will cleanse the colon. Fiber can be found in fruit. Also no junk food. its okay for some once in a while. For example say you want some chips i say eat a little [ no more then five because they are full of calories and fat that make you gain weight.If you really crave junk food a lot then only have a little one a month. And if your not really a fruit person then you could get benefiber. It has no taste and you can buy it in powders to put in water that taste great!! Last thing switch from soda to diet soda and water. Remember to excerise every day for at least 30 minuets! hope this helped!

Well targeted weight loss can be difficult. You can try supplements if you want but I would ask a doctor first to be sure it s safe for you. the whole colon cleansing fad is just some stupid mumbo jumbo. Just cause some celebrities do it doesnt mean its good, u gunna join the church of Scientology next? but u cant only lose fat in certain areas, it happens all over at once. its impossible to target fat loss.

easy, diet and exercise.but what you don t need is bad emotions - you need to put yourself in an environment that only motivates you to be healthier. this could mean not watching the tv, internet and all forms of media, if they affect you. only see friends and family who are supportive. you need to change your environment, clean out your fridge o fatty junk food. make it harder for you to go to the grocery - set a budget or a schedule, and stick to it. reward yourself when a goal is achieved with a non-food reward - like a massage.

I am in the same boat with ya, girl.I lost a few pounds by changing my eating habits. When shopping, chose fresh fruits and veg., and watch your calories with the canned food. Go outside and walk around, walk to the mailbox, clean vigorously, and park at the end of the aisle and walk farther to the store.Start with small steps. I am the same way as you. I have tried everything from eating less to diet pills to exercise. I think I finally found the answer. The answer is exercise. You / I have to exercise everyday and I don t mean walking. You / I have to RUN. I usually run after 10:00 at night when the streets are clear of cars people. Believe it or not but the fine way to loose calorie is by eating more food but which is less in fats because if you eat less the calorie burn process gets slow and the calorie is stored in the stomach and the best best best way to get rid of it is eating more food but less in calorie and not sleeping after eating but going for a little walk also run in morning not too much but according to your physique.

I wouldn t eat less than 1000 calories a day! My doctor told me to consume 1100 calories a day. If you exercise you can have more. The trick is to burn more calories than you take in but Remember...your body burns calories just to function. You must feed it.

I CURRENTLY WORK 2 JOBS AND GO TO COLLEGE 45 MINUTES TO AN HOUR AWAY.......I ALSO GO TO THE GYM AT LEAST 3X A WEEK AND WORKOUT PRETTY DECENT WHILE IN THERE BUT AFTERWARDS OR MAYBE EVEN BEFORE MY EATING HABITS ARENT THAT GOOD. Then while baby is asleep take about 30 min and do some taebo fat burning. I did for a while in my living although I got bored after the same video. As get those finess magazines and get some yoga moves. They will be good for strengthening your muscles and meditation for your mind to relax after a hard days way of being a mother

i have done it successfully following weight watchers. it is great cos it can fit with any lifestyle, and as i am breastfeeding, they had a special program for that too. in terms of exercise, i have only really been able to walk, nothing too strenuous, just out and about with baby in the pram. that helps mentally as well, just getting out of the house!

The only advice i can give you is try to walk as much as you can( room to room as much as possible, or take your baby swimming) but the key advice is losing the baby fat is way easier to do while your baby is little because if u wait, u may never get it off!! hope this helps and good luck with the number 1 struggle in life!! :-)

If you nurse your baby, it will help shrink your stomach. I don t understand why, but when you nurse your uterus contracts and it helps it return to its natural size.I took a lot of walks in the morning. Usually the baby would sleep.
