I have a Weight loss issue can anyone help? -

Hi, I am needing to lose quite a bit of weight, and I am having trouble with it no matter what I do I can t seem to loose and when I do really good, and lose like 10 pounds I get off track and end up gaining it back again. Does anyone know of a easy and fast but safe weight loss program that doesn t cost a lot of money that I can do to get results fast but safely. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks SA

Their videos are also good, but start with the first season. The season is getting ready to start too. Watch it, while it s on, work out while watching, marching in place. Once you get yourself in to a routine and make a life change it s easier to stick to it. Remember, any habit takes 21 days for it to become a habit. 1 or 2 weeks you are thinking, I ll give into this, or I won t work out today, but get past that 3rd week and it just becomes the norm.

I am wondering about the SlimQuick packets, whether they have worked for any of you, how long did it take to loose weight and how much weight was lost?My question is, do you think it d be okay if i mixed it into my protein shakes in the morning?I am on a quest to lose weight quickly for an event that I have in 5weeks. I am 5 4 and weigh around 166lbs. Achieving a weight loss goal? -

My bestfriend is 15 years old weighing 175lbs. Her goal for going back to school this year is to lose 20lbs and not to be ashamed in a swimming suit. Her diet consists of eating scrambled eggs with bacon for breakfast, skipping lunch, and eating a regular supper. I try to tell her that this isn t safe.
