Am I fat? Should I loose weight? Dieting help!? -

I am a 13 year old girl, 4 feet, 11 inches, and 90 pounds. Am I fat? Please no sarcastic comments or anything, I honestly do not know. What are some good weight loss tips?

oh my god you are perfectly fine...actually you are really thin

I ve just checked your BMI and you seem to be in good shape! (:If your CONVINCED your overweight then just try water, I know you must have heard this a trillion times but water does wonders (3 reasons why):- The liver directly effects your body fat and weight loss. The liver s job is to convert the stored fat into energy, this metabolism of fat is directly influenced by the amount of water you drink. The liver also acts as a backup for the kidney, which needs plenty of water to work properly. This means that when the kidneys are not functioning properly the liver kicks in to help out, which diverts it from its primary function of metabolising the stored fat.- Every food we eat contains water. The brain knows this and recognises that it can hydrate the body by eating food. Research has shown that often when we get hungry, we are not actually hungry for food, but that we are actually simply thirsty. It is recommended that when you feel hungry you drink two cups of water and then wait fifteen minute to see if your hunger has gone away.- Drinking cold water helps your body to burn more calories in a weight loss program. This is because your body needs to burn calories to raise the water temprature to your body s temprature, however, the advantage is that normal water has zero calories, which means your body ends up burning more calories.http://www.peyma.co.uk/water-weightloss.http://kidshealth.org/teen/food_fitness/Hope I helped! And your really reallyy not fat! :D

You are within the normal range of weight for your age and height !

The 9 pounds every 11 days fat loss promise - Fat Loss 4 Idiots promises that you will lose 9 pounds every 11 days of use. I don t like this promise because every person is different and loses weight at a different pace. Sure, some people do lose 9 pounds every 11 days, others do even better. But most of the people lose an average of 6 pounds every 11 days. This is still a great weight loss rate, so I think Fatloss4idiots could ve done without the 9 pounds promise.

Eat seeds, grains contain more fiber the less calorie fine.Avoid food that contains starch. that can help you lose weight.usually to eat green salad during lunch and dinner. green salad with the food that you eat low calorie and fat free.Fruits are generally low calorie because it contains more water ..Do not forget protein. Eating foods rich in protein can help increase the body s metabolism so that it helps reduce fat.water remover body weight is the number one. this option is selected as the alternative beverages that contain more calories. You can get water without sweetener tea or coffee, mineral water, tap water, or lime juice. to get results more quickly you can try a diet pill made from 100% of natural, be sure to get the free trial before purchase.

I eat around 800 calories, 13 grams of fat and 200 and something carbs a day. Weight loss tips? -

You are eating severely less food than your body needs to maintain the energy metabolism required to lose weight. Everything you eat your body saves out of a fear of starvation.First, determine if you are overweight by using the BMI calculator below. Secondly, you need to eat in a healthy manner to lose weight, please use the calorie calculator below to determine what you need to eat to maintain/lose weight.

you shouldn t be eating that few of calories period, that s a diet tip to live by. the body needs calories to function, when it doesn t get enough carbs to work properly it starts to break down the protiens that make up your muscles to compensate. Not only does this make you loose calorie burning muscle mass but it also produces harmfull ketone bodies that can have devastating effects down the line if it continues for too long. It s not the calories that you eat *within reason of course* its where they come from. try consuming whole grains, high fiber foods, monunsaturated and polyunsaturated fats which help to lower cholesterol and maintain a healthy excercise regime! that s really all you can do.

Boost up the calories a tad, and exercise.

How tall and how old? How much exercise? Has your thyroid or metabolic rate been checked? All questions need to be answered to know why you don t lose weight.

YOU RE DOING IT WRONG.The Nazis fed their prisoners 600 Calories a day. You re barely over concentration camp levels.STOP IT. CHANGE YOUR DIET.You need to eat at least 1200 Calories if you are a fully grown adult. You don t say how old you are, whether you re M or F or what s your current BMI, so I can t estimate what you *do* require. But if you are an ADOLESCENT (between 12 and 22), your metabolism is going to be running high, so you will need more calories than a regular adult. You need the calories to fuel growth (height, boobs, pecs, biceps -- yes, you need to eat to grow them).Ramp up your exercise to build muscle with weight training plus some cardio. Muscle burns energy faster and more efficiently than fat. It also looks better than just being skinny.

Bump up that calorie count to 1200. That is the number that your body requires to perform basic functions. Right now you are starving yourself. Don t obsess about calories as much as the food you are eating. You should be eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, whole grains (brown rice, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat breads), and lean protien. Keep the fat to a minimun and use good fats such as olive oil. Your body needs that good fats. Stuff yourself with vegetables. You won t be hungry and they have nothing in them but goodness.

Yes, what Gumdrop said. Eat more. Your body is in starvation mode. It will do everything possible to resist losing weight now.

Weight loss to increse fitness? -

i am 15 years old, 157cm, and extremely unfit. i do excercise everyday and my pe teacher says im unfit because im overweight. i weigh 55kg. does anyone have any decent weight loss tips? it s kinda embarrassing.

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace .com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day. Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

Weight loss tips??? please....? -

Hey people, Whats up? Ok so I have like 1 month and like 20 days to loose as much weight as possible. Is there any tips or diet things that has worked 4 u. I want to loose like 10 lbs a week. I want a safe way to do this. I have seen it done b4. So if you could please tell me what has worked 4 u i would appreciate it. Please no bad comments. I need help. I don t need to feel even more bad about myself. Thanks again.

A lot of weight loss workout that are available aren t very good, but i have found this one place that may have what you re looking for. They have many weight loss tips, stomach fat loss tips, exercise, etc with search support for you to find best tips which i think may help you. They ll probably have what you re looking for there.so have a look:-http://url2link.com/297x

This is unrealistic, sorry.Shoot for anything between 1-2 pounds a week ( only one or two more if you re VERY overweight).Portion control and exercise 5-6 times a week.

thats really hard but if your honestly deteremined you could see good results but yeah like the girl above me said you should be more realistic. Just eat better and smaller portions and exercise a ton!

Losing ten pounds a week is very unrealistic and very unhealty!!! You can lose 2-3 pounds a week in a healthy manner, here are the 4 main things you need to do starting with the easiest:1. Drink alot of water - when you dont drink enough water, your body holds on to to it making you bigger. By drinking enough water a day (8 glasses), your body will continuously flush out water helping you lose weight. Also drink purified water, like spring water, because it has no salt. Salt makes your body hold back water. Try to sweat alot to flush the salt out of your body.2. Reduce your carb, sugar and fat intake - these 3 are used for energy but also make you fat. Read the nutrition labels to everything you eat and make sure it has very little of these three things. Fish, chicken, nuts, egg whites, turkey, oatmeal and vegetables are best for loosing weight because they are high in protien and minimal in carbs, sugars and fats.3. Reduce your calorie intake - to maintain your current weight, eat about 2,000 calories a day, To lose weight you need to drop the calories to about 1,200-1,500. It is annoying to keep track of calorie intake but it must be done to lose weight efficiently. By reducing your calories, your body relies on your fat stores for energy helping you lose weight!4. Exercise! - Cardio 4-5 times a week is good. Use the treadmill to burn 500 calories. In 7 days you will have burned 3,500 calories which is one pound. Also if you eat 500 calories less a day then in 1 week you will have eaten 3.500 calories less which is another pound lost. If you drink enough water and sweat enough you could maybe lose 1 more pound in a week. The BEST time to do cardio is first thing in the morning before you ve eaten anything. At this time your body is starved for energy and since you dont give it food and instead you run, it has no choice but to get that energy directly from your fat stores. You ll lose weight A LOT faster!!!Also, keep 3 hours between your last meal and when you sleep because your body needs extra time to digest food at night. Drinking a lot of green tea has personally helped me slim down also. You can lose at least 4 lbs. in two weeks which is very realistic and healthy.Good luck!

In need of weight loss tips!? -

I m not obese or anything, just what I like to call skinny fat . I d like to lose 5 - 8 pounds. Any tips at all are appreciated. Thanks!

Do not eat less, just eat healthier. Depending on your body mass, and how much energy you use in a day, you need a certain amount of calories. if you stop feeding your body calories, you become tired, and it begins to shut down. you need 3 full meals a day, and two small snacks in between, ranging from 100-200 calories. the website in the box below helped me out a lot, it gives very good excercise, and healthy diet advice. you should read it ;)hope i helped, good luck ;)

I would like to recommend you my diet way that works very well. I find correct diet way and applied the way, then I lost weight easy. You should have the way that works. You can find the best way diet that worked for me and lost 10 pounds after 30 days. You can find more info here link below.

Try to eat food low in carbs, i ate turkey sandwiches on wheat bread, Jog (or run) a mile to a mile or two every day, try not to drink soda, and if u cant at least lots of water along with it. This helped me lose about 25 pounds last year :)

A healthy diet and working out is always preferable over losing a few pounds. What I would suggest is a healthy or healthier diet and a bit more activity. 5 pounds are easy to lose, doesn t even need anything drastic.

eat less at the evening ....that might be very helpful...because u sleep long hours, ur body uses a lot of energy. give yourself only 10 mins excercise in morning ! eat more vegetables and drink plenty of water.....buy medicines at CVS might keep u from hungryafter about 3 weeks or more....you will see the resultit make u look prettier and healthier than before....Guarantteeeee

eat 500 calories less than usual and you will lose 1 pound in a week because 3500 calories is equal to one poundanswer my question plz http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Ah2NHhWskEoz5J7X2UPTsfvsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20091211161239AAvq10h

5-8 pounds can be lost easily enough by substituting water for carbonated drinks, not eating fried foods or chips, and just moving around a little more.

Hi first of all star eating portions the size of your hand and no more.Drink lots of water and no sodaexcercise like twice a week. No junk food it will save your body and money

Keep busy. You won t have time to just snack because your bored. Go to the gym a few times a week too.

Losing 8 pounds is an Austral idea

cardio and a cleanse and start eating right

What are some good weight loss tips.? -

I m slightly heavier then I would like. Only about 10lbs but taking off that weight is improtant to me. what are some good way s to take off weight fast. Im getting ready for a nad important date and I would really like to look nice. It s in three weeks.

1 Dietary control and exercise. Its true what they say - all you need to do is watch what you eat, and expend more energy than you consume. Its really that simple. You can quit reading this list now, you now know everything you need to know and didnt need to fork over $500 for the privilege of me telling you the secret of losing weight. You dont need to read a 4,000 page book, you dont have to buy a tape series, you dont need to stay up late at night to watch infomercials to understand this basic premise. Its 100% true.2 Change your lifestyle. If youre calling this a diet, then youre going to gain all the weight back (and more) within a few months of losing it. Diets do not work. Diets are temporary. When you change your dietary lifestyle, however, youre changing your habits - and youre putting yourself on track for long-term / continued success and weight maintenance. Dont ever tell anybody youre on a diet - ever. Im speaking from experience, here - a reformed low-carber. Worked out well for a while, but ultimately failed because my entire lifestyle didnt change (permanently).3 Join an online support group. In my case, I created my own - FatBlasters. Its essential that you not feel alone, and reaching out to friends (new or old) is typically a smart move. I just heard about PeetTrainer, but didnt know about it when I began down the road to weight loss. You have to know that others are out there for moral support - they know things that you couldnt possibly know, and theyve probably been in your shoes at some point in the past (or present). Share stories, laughter, tears, successes, and failures - share them. There are thousands of communities out there, so keep looking until you find the one that fits you.4 Take before and after photos. I know it sucks to see yourself as a chunky monkey (sorry, thats what I called myself - if only to get myself motivated to meet my weight loss goal). However, theres no easier way to illustrate your progress. The after photos are far more fun to capture and share, admittedly. Find yourself on Flickr! Its good to see yourself how others see you. Do you like how you look? In many ways, Flickr helped me lose weight.5 Hire a substitute teacher. Dont reach for the brands you know and love immediately - or without thinking first. Eggs are good for you, but consider using egg substitutes instead (in fact, many restaurants will let you order lower calorie foods). There are countless lower alternatives for you to try. If something different doesnt taste good, by all means - find a better substitute, or eat less of the original. In some cases, the substitute may be worse for you than the regular version of the product. The good news is, healthier choices are silently replacing their normal counterparts - and they taste just as nice.6 Start reading labels. I know it sucks, but you have to do it - and theres no way to avoid this tip. If you dont know what youre putting in your mouth, youre flying blind. Dont assume, either - triple-check the ingredients list and serving sizes. You must rely on yourself for this; nobody else is going to be able to lose the weight or do the math for you. Its not that complicated a task, but it will require effort. If nothing else, just pay attention to the calorie count.7 Whats so funny about bovines? If you like cheese, you must buy the Laughing Cow brand, and keep several of the suckers in stock at all times. The individually-wrapped wedges make for excellent snacks, and are wonderful when melted over just about anything edible. Id be careful about straight-up American cheese, though - its oil, but not necessarily as good for you as (say) a slice of cheddar would be. I have yet to find something as calorie-light and filling as Laughing Cow (I dont know how they do it).8 Tell your family. Youre not going to lose the weight alone, even if you ARE alone in losing the weight. If youve got a family at home, talk to them about it - initially, not incessantly. Let them know what youre going to do, and that you want (and need) their support. If you dont let them know, youre running the risk of them inadvertently sabotaging your efforts. You want them to help you get to your goal(s). You want them to share in your happiness when youve made it past a certain mark. Who knows? Maybe some of your new habits will rub off on them and theyll become healthier people, too?

I have been reading up on the acai berry myself. The acai berry s natural combination of antioxidants, essential fatty acids, phytosterols, and amino acids work together to assit your body and make it function better. Your body will process food more easily and burn fat more efficiently. The acai berry has around twenty times the antioxidants of red grapes. It is a wonderful protein, and has a large amount of dietary fiber. The fats contained in the acai berry are healthy omega fats. The acai berry is loaded with amino acids, which muscles need to function properly and benefit from exercise. These amino acids combined with fatty acids allow the body to burn fat more effectively and help tone your muscles.I have found the following informational site very informative - http://www.acai-health-diet.com.
