Ok. So swimming lessons are coming. I need to look good in a bikini. I need to have a flat stomach. I don t want to look bad in front of my guy friends. HELP?

I want to start this response by saying that whatever you do, stay away from the diet supplement industry. There are far too many scams going around there, and none of them are a fast nor permanent answer.So the first thing I would suggest is exercise; this one isn t too hard to figure out, just try to find an activity that you enjoy that happens to include a lot of moving around, like riding a bike, or playing the drums. The top reason people give up on their exercise plan is because they get bored!But what diet to choose? If you want to really get serious about losing weight, why not try a professionally planned diet? You have to be careful here as well, there is a lot of scams just like the supplement business. Well lets start work out for 45 min daily. Do 20 crunches daily, 20 ball sit ups daily, and look for a pull up bar ( it looks like a green chair with no seat and 2 pairs or handles) bring your leg up to your hands as many times as possible. Swimming lessons in november? Or in the summer ether way if you stick to this it should work in 1 1/2 to 2 weeks and keep it up even after words. Love your body good luck

im not fat, but i have a big butt and big thighs. not like, enormous or anything, but i just want to slim up a bit. i weigh about 150. give me your thoughts and comments. i have pics on my profile, so you can see my current bodytype.

Always eat a good breakfast! It starts you matabulism and you burn calories. Then, eat less on lunch and dinner. Don t try to eat half of what your eating now. Take a little bit of your plate by day so you can get used to eating less.Then, in any free time jog, do sit ups and push ups!You will see improvement! Just keep at that schedule!
