How to lose weight and belly fat with in 6 months? -

i been doing some sit ups and push ups for about 4 weeks and i want to get muscles and abbs and lose a lot of weight and belly fat.how long will it take me and about how much will i losecan you give me some daily food routines to follow thank you

you should do a lot of cardio with max heart rate i.e on high resistance for atleast 45 min 4 days ,when u do high intensity you burn fat all day long and still stick with ur abs and push ups and try doing pullups with assist ,try not to eat bread and rice for atleastt few days till u see some results and concentrate more on protein,friuts and veggie

He talks to slow and that irritates me to listen to him. His appearance (yes he could stand to lose some pounds also) isn t an eye catcher neither. His advice isn t always the best. His Phd doesn t mean hill of beams with todays society. You must belive and trust in God with the major outlaws in todays generation.

Is he fat really? Anyway I think its good he still wants to help others despite his own circumstances. Or maybe he is happy with his body and is trying to help those who are unhappy with theirs.

I m not a huge Dr. Phil follower, but I m not aware that he has been that aggressive on telling people how to lose weight? I haven t seen that on TV much or seen any of his books. If anything, Dr. Phil is the TV psychiatrist who gives ample and great, in-your-face advice about respecting yourself and others. True, a lot of it is pretty mainstream, general and hallmark-y.. but if you read his books, he knows his stuff. (either that or he hires writers) I really admire him for taking on some guests who were SERIOUS mental wackos (wife abusers, addictive personalities, chronic victims) and tell them like how it is. THAT is what makes him great.

I was wondering if you had any good tips on how to lose weight? -

I have such a hard time keeping on schedule because my Mom always buys the wrong foods so I m always reminded I can t have any. Which bugs me. I have fatigue. From depression. So I never have energy to exercise. Any tips on how to keep a strong mind and how to have more energy?

I d say get plenty of sleep, drink a good amount of water, and exercise (if at all possible)

I thing is don t totally cut a certain food out of your diet. If you want a piece of cake eat it, just don t eat all of it. That s how I have helped myself reduce calories. Even though I try to make healthy food choices, if I m craving some cookies I ll eat one instead of five. My question to you is, have you seen a doctor about your depression? and second, are you taking a multivitamin? Both of these may help you gain more energy to get out and exercise.

Losing weight and getting fitter is really quite simple. All you have to do is a few simple things. Firstly, clear your fridge of fatty junk foods. If there��s no temptation, you cannot fall. Secondly, stock up on watermelon and other fruits. Watermelon is excellent because it clears out your digestive system of toxins and waste, leaving you feeling and being healthier. Next, begin exercising every day. Do not go too hard. If running, don��t go fast or uphill, unless you want bulky muscle. Try to eat 1500 calories or less per day and do some exercises.(about 30 min to an hour a day you can take 2 or 1 day s off per week of doing exercise.)

well i eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big means that add up to 1200 calories, i go by a couple of rule, no soda,only one treat a week like a chocolate bar, i can t take seconds and i can t finish anything on my plate even if it means one small bite...these little things can help you lose weight and keep it off

How to Lose weight on this part of my thighs? -

My thighs aren t fat, it s just on the inner part there s a bit that I wanna lose. I m pretty tired of it, cuz my waist is good and I ve got firm abs, my calves are really toned and theres practically no extra stuff on them. I have a pretty small frame and I m not big boned at all. The part I want to lose is my inner thigh, just above the knee.. there s quite a bit there. The rest of my body is in proportion.I m half Chinese, does that have anything to do with it?AnywayA list of exercises I can do at home would be really helpful.. apart from running, I know that already... and squats. I don t think squats help that part of the thigh.Thanks!

you can t lose weight on any one part of your body, but you can tone an area and make it look slimmer.inner thighs are hard to tone, but here s an exercise that will work with time:lay on the floor on your side and hold yourself up with your elbows.lift your top leg as high as you can.lift the bottom one and touch it.lower the bottom leg, lower the top leg. repeat. i also suggest using ankle weights because weight resistance will get you more from your workout.
