How do i lose weight fast? -

im 16 i weigh just under 300 lbs. i used 2 play football but i got both my big toes ingrown so i couldnt run for 6 wks. im not gonna go back to football. i eat 3 meals a day with granolia bars for a snack. or a small can of tuna. ive thought of running but im self concious because i have rather large man boobs. (they flop) i just went to tha doctor bout a wk ago and got blood work done. he said all my numbers are great. my dads fam is all smaller but not tiny . my moms side is all bigger people. i want 2 get to where i dont have 2 wear 3 shirts at a time. im semi active i do yard work and chores round the house. also my parents dont have any extra money for wierd food or pills. i just want to slim down to about 220 if possible or 250 at least. i am kinda of a couch potato. please help. ive been told ill lose all the weight cause its baby fat. no that didnt happen ive alreay like i said started eating fish and chicken (baked or grilld) becaues of the protein and i ve eatin a few raw egg

It s probably genetics. Oh well, medicine is not advanced enough to help the everyman. But...you could exercise? I know, it s tiring as heck, but try! Do what Rocky did! Exercise! Sorry for not being able to help you directly.I don t know why, but I eat less than two meals a day, but it s just me. I m weird and skinny. For me exercise exercise exercise!!! A lot of cardio for about 45 minutes a day. If you are really heavy start with 20 minutes and build yourself up.Also drink a ton of water a day.
