Cardio alone will help, but you will see the best results if you combine it with muscle building exercises, even simple things like push ups.Muscles are your best friends and the best way to get them is to lift weights. Don t do anything fancy, start with the tried and true basics. there are lots of dumbbell exercises online, google them.

As far as losing your chest fat, I found a blog for you about how some chic helped her boyfriend lose his man boobs. It seemed pretty insightful so check it out if you wanna http://howtolosemanboobsguaranteed.blogsHope this helped!

With so many different weight loss programs on the market, how do I know which one is best for me and my needs? -

I am what is considered grossly obese and want desperately to shed pounds, I do realize that I did not gain this weight over night, and I don t expect immediate results, but after watching infomercial after infomercial, and reading multiple articles, I am at a loss. I know that I have to reduce my caloric intake, and basically get off the couch ..but other than that, I am at a loss as to which program will work best, who do I believe?

none. it s a lifestyle choice. i personally recommend going vegan, there are loads and loads of health benefits and it is reported that vegans are 20% thinner than omnivores. i actually lost about 20% of my weight aswell. But you must be committed, consider what vitamins you are intaking, even if you are not going to go vegan, always think to yourself okay so what vitamins am i getting in this meal?I have carbs in the morning (pasta, potatoes, rice)fruit, fruit muesli, soy yoghurt and flaxseed oil mixed together for luncha vegan mock meat and vegetables for dinneri use a medium sized plate and i am a medium sized person. (size 12 australian) i have been exercising more lately and am losing more and more weight. in between meals i drink green tea and water and after dinner i drink chamomile. vitamins, vitamins, vitamins. iron, calcium, fibre, b12, omega 3, vitamin c, vitamin d etc. pay attentionwhy did i tell you this long thing? i am trying to emphasize you have to LIVE what you eat because you ARE what you eat. once you know what it feels like to be healthy you ll be amazed. please be really conscious of what you put in your mouth, something i like to do is look up the pros and cons of everything i eat. fruit, vegetables and grains. look up the vegan pyramid and if you must then add some free range meat in there.good luck. healthy eating and exercise (start off lightly, walk someone s dog every day for half an hour then increase it, never dive in it can be very daunting)

none, is the correct answerdiets don t work. The only way to loose weight is to eat les and exercise more.your body is expecting x amount of food / day if it gets less it slows down your metabolism to compensate. You go on the zing-diet (I just invented it)when you then hit your target weight and come off the zing diet your metabolism has slowed down a bit too much so that any thing you do eat will not be burnt up as fast as it was before you went on the zing diet, so you in fact put more weight on than before you started.

I d say Weightwatchers is the best way to go. It s basically just watching what you eat. They have meetings where you can go and check your progress and they help you along the way.

You can better try this to get some useful links. It will help you a lot as it helped me.http://weight-loss-programs.freehostia.com/All the best...

Do NOT look for fad diets. Don t do Weight Watchers. Don t do Jenny Craig. Don t do NutriSystem. Don t do the lemonade diet. They don t work and when you go off it you ll be fatter than before. The absolute best thing you can do is to figure out how many Calories you burn daily and subtract 300-500 from that if you want to lose weight. Do NOT go over 500. If you do some exercises you can find out how much you burn on that same site!!! If you do exercise of any kind be sure to add on calories since you will be burning more and taking in less. Remember: You WILL lose weight from eating 1000 calories less. But when you finally do eat normally you ll gain ALLLLL that weight back and another extra 2 pounds. Is it worth it to starve yourself? No. I m 5 6 and I used to weight 147 and I ve used the Calorie-count method for 2 months and I m exactly at 141 right now. Still have a little more to go but almost there. =]So...here is the magic formula:http://www.calorie-count.com/calories/calories-burned.phpThat little calculator is your answer to weight loss.
