I want to lose weight fast. 15 pounds. ? -

I know I know, everyone s perfect, I should love myself the way I am,exercise, eat healthy, etc etc, starving yourself could actually cause your metabolism to slow down and make it easier for you to gain weight later, etc etc, but I want to hear a quick fix for the moment and I can worry about my health later. Seriously, people that want to give me realistic answers. Please and thanks.

There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. This is what has worked for me.Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.Make a few additional small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Sometimes you can find mini-steppers or exercise bikes at second hand stores and thrift stores for just a few dollars.Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can t get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one. In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate - in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies. Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day. Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body. well, you have to ONLY drink water and eat fruits and vegetables or yogurt for A WEEK OR TWO to lose 15 lbs!also, you can drink slimming tea or supplements to help with losing more weight. but you dont need to do that if you eat dont eat meat or cakes or anything other than those mentioned above to lose 15 lbs. goodluck!

Eat lots of fruits/veg obviously. limit your take on calcium and protein (only if you re doing this for a short while) but make sure you re getting a couple servings a day. Drinks LOTS of water...and only eat whole grains. throw out that white bread, pasta, and rice for GOOD cause all it is empty calories and making you fatter. Whole grain has sso many nutrients and refined has NONE. don t get processed foods...or don t eat out especially.Shape.com has a great 10 pound meltdown for one month, it says to do 300 minutes of cardio a week, and also adding weight lifting. They also have an article on the GI diet that caught my eye.. look into itAlso i heard eating more asparagus helps..

my strategy is run alot. lift weights every other day. eat a diet of meat , carbs (noodles , pasta , rice) and fruits. this is a tasty diet that will give you the energy for all the exercise. it works for me but i dont know about you

Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-PHYTOLACCA BERRY s Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don t get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don t get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girthThe dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results. To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.Take care and God Bless !

Don t diet -- make a real change that you can live with. Don t eat because you are bored or lonely -- only eat when you are hungry.Drink water instead of soda and drink at least 8 glasses a day. Water helps flush fat out of the body.Walk 30 to 45 minutes EVERY DAY -- this is very important. If you lose weight without exercise you will be flabby. You will increase your body s metabolism naturally if you exercise for more than 20 minutes at a time. Walking is an exercise anyone can do. The fresh air is good for you. Sunshine is good for you; it gives you natural vitamin D. Walking a steady pace improves your posture. Over time, it may even increase your self-confidence when you find yourself walking farther as you lose weight. There is no magic pill and losing weight quickly is unhealthy. 2 pounds a week is a healthy weight loss. I know that sounds like it will take too long but trust me it is worth the effort. I was 250 lbs. when I was 18. I did just what I told you to do and by the time I turned 20 I weighed 140 lbs.

Excercise! Get a personal trainer- they ll give you a body analysis!

to your question: Is there a way i can lose weight fast and easy without spending alot of money and is natural? , I would say no . hahh if only life was so easy. exercise is the best way though. Its not easy, definitely, but you dont have to spend any money at all and it is natural. Of course, you also have to watch your diet. No, dont diet, but rather, try to abstain from snack, or have self control. Give yourself a cap (to unhealthy snacks only!) and keep reducing it. Or try more healthy snacks. Eat more veggie and you might want to cut down A BIT on your carbo. All these I ve just mentioned really depends on how much you are eating at the moment. Dont cut down anymore if you think you re eating ok. But be honest to yourself.Glad you are so strongly against voluntary vomitting and dietary supplements:) Stay strong and all the best!

there is no easy way out, increase your exercise and eat less.

run and lots of water, also try eating salads without dressing when hungry between meals

Drink weight reduction tea before and after meal, and exorcise near a bathroom.

Exercise

Try the Mayo Clinic guide to Healthy Weight. It very clear about the right approach to weight loss. Dieting is not recommended, specially if you try to do it fast. try changing your lifestyle. You have to be aware of how much you eat every day. You should try keeping a journal of everything you eat for a couple of weeks and then youll have an idea of what you are doing wrong. you should try to limit your daily calorie intake to 1500 to 2000 per day. and exercise about 3 days a week. you should aim to loose 2 pounds per week maximun. dont do to much to soon. think of it as marathon instead than a sprint.

reduce your calorie intake( eat less) and increase your exercise... It s free!!!If u want to really speed it up..... cut sugar and rice out of ur diet.

You just need to get out of the house - ride your bike, run as much as you can tolerate, try a sport. Stop eating junk food, fast food and soda. Make sure you don t eat late at night. If your parents have good insurance, they might even be able to get you an appointment with a nutritionist. At 15 you should never diet , the only thing you need to do is eat better.

I have lost around 60 lbs in 6 months and I will tell you what not to eat. The first myth we have been told is that fat is bad. Sugar and carbohydrate are the big nasties. In fact, reduced fat food that has had some of the fat removed is actually more fattening than the regular food because the removed fat in most cases has been replaced with carbs! This is the main reason why you must absolutely stay away from ALL processed food with no exception. Eat fresh and natural. You must have 3 meals a day and get into a routine so your body knows when to expect food. Your body is capable of doing exquisite things to avoid weight loss if it thinks its going to get starved, so you must feed it and regularly. The other thing you must do is keep your insulin as low as possible by getting sugar and carbs in your diet as close to zero as you can and not having ANYTHING between meals except water. Also having at least 5 hours between one meal and another. The last meal of the day must be no later than 9pm. Insulin is a hormone that will absolutely block fat and protein burning in your body and force it to burn sugar, that s how it works. You will NOT lose weight with your blood stream flooded with insulin, even with exercise. Its impossible. You must have at least 8 glasses of water a day in order for your liver and kidneys to excrete the fat from your body this is crucial. Now, what you must stay away from and I mean, non at all. Bread, pasta, rice, pastry, flour of any kind, sugar, potato, onion, parsnip, sweet potato, pumpkin, beetroot, carrots, peas, beans, beer, sweet wine, spirits, spreads like butter and margarine and be very careful of sauces and condiments. Fruit and milk should be taken very, very sparingly because they are fattening. Fruit is full of sugar too, only a very small amount. Avoid all processed food including diet soda it will stimulate insulin. 3 cups of black tea or coffee WITH meals a day is OK. Use Stevia for a sweetener.OK, if you are still with me, what can you eat? In a nutshell you replace the carbs you have removed with protein and green leafy vegetables. Do not mix protein only 1 per meal. This is what you can eat. Lean meat, poultry, fish, cheese, yoghurt and eggs are your permitted proteins. Cauliflower, cabbage, sprouts, broccoli, capsicum, mushroom, celery, zucchini and a small amount of tomato. You can have unlimited amounts of lettuce and cucumber but ONLY at meal times. You can use balsamic vinegar as a dressing; mustard is ok too but only made from the powder. Shop bought is full of sugar! Curry powder in cooking can be used as well. One tablespoon of olive oil is ok per day, in cooking and as a dressing. Garlic is OK but not shop bought; you guessed it, full of sugar. Use fresh.I will GUARANTEE if you stick to this you will loose heaps of weight, fast. I know it s not easy and you need the support of your family too. Just another couple of things I forgot. NO breakfast cereal and avoid really heavy exercise you will just burn glycogen in your muscles, not fat and it will just make you sore and tired. You need prolonged gentle exercise to burn fat like walking. You don t need to exercise at all on this diet as long as you re moving about. Last but not least read food labels and look at the ingredients. Avoid foods like the plague with more than 5 grams of carbohydrate per 100 grams. If you like a drink, Semillon Sauvignon Blanc (very dry and low in carbs) with a little soda water is OK with meals.Good Luck. Jules, lecturer. Australia.

You ll be alright and will get this! You just need to monitor everything, everytime you eat/go to eat. This will show you what needs to change.I d say to make sure to eat breakfast and go down in calories from there. What I mean is; eat a big breakfast and less and less as the day goes on. You can also increase your physical excercise and water intake to offset the weight.Remember to not let the nasty people be the excuse for you to grab something and say oh well!

Ok, fatty, fat, McFatterson. Ya got a lot of excuses going for ya. It s your body. You gotta do it. So, your self conscience about sports - how about walking, riding a bike, skating? Ya know some solo or small group stuff.no more soda/pop/cokeDon t eat/drink anything with high fructose corn syrup.no more McDonalds etcEat better food, and less of it. And move your body!It takes work. How long did it take you to grow it?? Well it s gonna take you that long to loose it! So get to work! Make up your mind. It s the one thing in life you MUST be in control of.PS - I m working off the fatty McFattersons myself

Get the words fast and easy out of your head. It s hard work but it s worth it and very rewarding. Reduce your portion sizes. Eat more fresh fruits and veggies. Eat lean meats and fish in smaller portions. You can safely lose weight by limiting yourself to 1500 calories a day and increasing your physical activity. You d be surprised how much food you can pack into 1500 calories if you choose wisely. You can do it. Once you force yourself to stick to it for about 2-3 weeks, it will seem quite normal and much easier than you think. I should know, I ve lost 60 lbs in the last year and trust me, I m elated and it was worth all the work.
