What will I do to be slim and thin fast within two weeks with no chemicals to use?

You cannot lose weight fast and safely. Losing weigh quickly can put great strain on the heart and can cause other serious health problems. The only good way to lose weight is to eat less food and do more exercise - and don t starve yourself or wear yourself out. Don t risk your long term health to lose weight fast - lose weight gradually and safly and you will be able to keep it off more easily too.

I have no idea, You might can lose 7-10 pounds of fluid in two weeks by cutting back on what you eat and drink lots of water.

don t.... you can get really sick. get a dress that actually fit you instead...

none.you need carbs inyour diet. cutting back on refinded sugar and flour, saturated fats and large portions is what is needed to lose weight. You can t lose weight fast and keep it off. You didnt get fat overnight. it wont come off and stay off the sameway.stick with a lean protiens, fruits, veggies and whole grains that calorie wise are under 140 perserving.

Really its better to decrease carbs AND saturated fat.

bread, pasta, crackers, potatoes. brown rice and whole wheat pasta in moderation can do ok. Sugar needs to be cut too.

sugars and anything with flour in it, breads. pasta ect
