How to lose weight off my butt? -

I m nearly 16, weigh around 50kgs and I m 164/65cms tall. What would be the quickest, most successful way to lose weight off my butt? It sticks out and is really big and not toned and i really hate it :( can anyone suggest any methods that would work?

you can try these things called backwards bridges. you lay on the ground and then bend your knees so your feet are flat on the floor. then tighten your glute muscles and lift your stomach.your head would be flat on the ground and keep your arms straight in front of you. my coach makes the team do this at training, and it really does work

You should have a proper plan. First know your BMI understand your body needs. hiya..well when your doing exercise...the first place you lose weight from is your chest and buttt..try getting one of the fit celebrities workout dvds and concentrate on the lower part of the body exercises....also drink smoothies for snacks...hope it helps....xxxx

you are young and your metabolism is high. Eat a lot of apples between meals. And just go outside and move around, take a fast walk for about 10-15 minutes 3 times a day. Ride a bike, run, swim, kick a ball around, skateboard. Just keep your body moving and you will notice a difference in about 5-7 days.

Then its probably genetic. Your probably have to do things like pilates and yoga (callestenics)(sp?) for real firming, tighening, and toning, lengthening.

Ride a bike, jump rope, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, lift weights with your legs ( research the best exercises first ) Tread mill, stationary bike, play basketball etc.

i am 5 4 and weigh 116. im going to be fasting for a month and so i wont eat till like 7:30 at night...what can i eat...and what excersises can i do that won t get me overly tired considering im not going to be eating and will make me lose 10 pounds in a month

Well try and eat a banana for breakfast , with egg , toast with butter. make sure it s whole grain . If you really stick to this you will probably loose much more than 10 pound s.
