ok so we re going to the beach in 3 weeks, it was randomly planed. and I REALLY want to lose weight quickly buuut I dont have the time to exercise lame excuse I know but I really dont. I am very pleased that I have lost about 12lbs in two weeks.This one needs dedication... I mean its not easy, but it did work. I ll be honest with you, I did feel a little hungy at most times, well as the saying goes no pain, no gain . I did not eat any rice, any kind of pasta, or junk food at all. I just stick with fruits in the morning like a banana or apple, salad with a few toppings and dressing at lunch, baked fish or lean meat any kind (small portion) with veggies on dinner.Limit your food intake specially at night. Sorry but no other faster way to lose weight but through exercise. Without exsercise you will lose wight but not that fast. My advise is go to the gym at night time (at least 1 hr of jogging). Drink a lot of water. For me I felt healthy with no problems. I also drink multi vitamins. How to lose weight and still keep the face glowing? -

I have lost around 20 pounds and this has affected my skin and hair the most. My face looks pretty but does not glow like before and looks thin too, also my hair are nearly 1/2 of what they use to be. I had really long hair, still long but very thin. Not unless you starve youself. But i wouldnt recommend that.Just eat alot of fruits and vegetables daily. Drink plenty of water, it can get rid of some fat. The excercise, just do 10 sit ups 5 min run, some dance routines and jog stairs. Do it as much as YOU want. I dont really follow that 1 hour rule, or any other of that time limit. I excercise to my time that I want. Avoid foods that ontains alot of sodium. Dont sit or lay down right after you eat. I recommend eating special K cereal twice a day, its really good and actually helps loses 5 pounds in 2 weeks. In between your free time, do the situps or dance moves. Remember to drink alot of water as well. Eat fish, lean chicken, and plenty of greens. Hope this helps. I lost pounds coming back from asia, but it wasnt a healthy way. Most of the time i was there, i barely ate and came back with losing 11 pounds. I did most of the things that i had listed, and hopefully it should work. Good Luck:)

Don t completely eliminate them, but limit them to once or twice a week. Also, you must exercise. There is no way around that in order to lose weight. To lose weight, you need to do a lot of cardio exercise, like running, aerobics, swimming... etc. About 30 minutes, 5 days a week will really help.It s very difficult to predict where the pounds will come off, but they definitely will.
