How to lose weight?????? -

I m a really lazy girl. Meaning i hate cleaning.. but im not alowed to leave my house to work out.. (Strict mom) Anyways. My boyfriend says starving doesnt work, So i was wondering how i can lose weight ....for free. Also how i can do it fast :) i dont mean a week. just not over YEARS!.If anyone has the answer! Please tell me!TY!

How to lose weight? -

I m very very short...I am 4 ft 11 inches..and I weigh about 104 pounds..I checked to see how much body fat I have and it said 16.5 pounds... I want to lose most of that..I can t excersise- because I m not allowed out of the house...and I cannot afford any equipment...Yoga hasn t helped me very much because I don t have an instructor( can t afford one) So how do I lose the weight? I want to be perfectly thin...also - How long would it take me to see results if I did 50 crunches a day?

you are already screwing yourself over by eating fewer calories. you need to eat more if you are going to start exercising. Also you should be very cautious about yoga instructors. There are a lot of schemers out there. There isn t any real regulations on yoga instructors so a lot of people will capitalize on the fact that they are indian and american people will believe just about anything they will tell them. Anyway, i would not be concerned with how many pounds of fat you have. Focus on body fat percent. just a rough calculation shows you have only about 16%. 18% is even normal for women. It s more for women simply because they have a bit extra in certain areas which is always nice, so for the sake of humanity don t compromise that! j/k

The secret to losing weight is to eat fewer calories than you expend or burn and exercise at least 4-5 times a week....period. Anyone who tells you different is lying. You can take pills but they are only temporary and as soon as you start eating you will regain the weight you lost.You don t need to go outside to exercise. You can do sit ups, jumping jacks, crunches, jump rope, push-ups, running in place, yoga, Pilate s, etc. I wish you well in losing and keeping the weight off.

50 crunches a day alone, won t get rid of body fat quickly. if you eat only healthy food and drink lots of water and try to run outside if you can that will help. you can also do toning exercises to get more muscle and lose some fat. try lunges and pushups. hope this helps

50 Crunches a day will not burn any fat. Would you be allowed to go out on your street? If so, run everyday. Run for like 30 min, or like a mile or 2. Also, you have to eat healthier. Cut the sweets, and drink lots of water. Good luck

How to lose weight? -

I have been trying to lose weight and its just not working...I have tried low carb and started to gain weight when i was still on the diet. i tried low calorie, didn t work. I have also exercised... i just dont know what to do! has anything worked for anyone? i really want to lose about 30 -40 pounds and perfer quick..please help. what has worked for you?

in the morning if you can wake up pretty early, thats when you have the most energy! drink a bottle of water plug in your ipod or whatever and listen to music as you run! -- thats my first step.Then you go home, eat a really healthy breakfast like fruit salad or something thats nutritonal. After that you pretty much clean the house or whatever maybe take a walk while its cool, walk your pet dog, if you have one, i like to spend the morning doing that while its not so hot outside!After that you wait a few hours being active as can be, then you relax a little and do some sit ups and lift weights to your own schedule... and your own statistics like weight height goals.. or whatever.. thats what i usually do! And then i like to stretch at the beginning of the day.. hahaMORE TIPS: chew gum - sugar free. the safest weight loss is not quick . forget the low fat junk. everyone needs fat, fat is not bad. Stay away from sugar anything white and stay away from all processed and canned foods. eat grill or baked meat and fresh vegs. for snacks have a hand full of nuts or carrot sticks or celery with peanut butter . you have to have protein. you also have to exercise to, start slow and work up to at least 30 minutes a day. you can do this by walking. i recommend a website natratech.com they have some valuable info there. you have to allow yourself to cheat once in a while. instead of a diet make it about being healthy a life style change.

I d count calories and exercise. However much you want to weight, multiply that by 10 and that s how many calories you can eat daily. I divide it by three so it s easier to see how many calories I can have at each meal. You have to keep it up for two weeks and you ll notice your stomach will begin to strink and you not wanting to eat as much.

personally, i weighed 260lbs. Exercise for about 30-60 minutes a day/lose 500 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.Any quick methods will have your weight bouncing back to the original and even more weight.

Well I did the scarsdale diet. It s healthy food and you lose weight fast, I ve had no problems with it, I lost 12lbs in 2 weeks, you basically lose a pound a day in some cases. first never ever skip breakfast but watch what ya eat no fried ok lol then start watching the drinks you drink even diet soda drink alot of water exercise but add alot of physical activity like bike riding swimming jogging mow grass stay consistent and you will for sure lose good luck

How To Lose Weight Before Aug. 18? -

I am a 16 year old female, 5 2, and weighs 117.I want to lose at least 10 pounds before school starts. I know there is no such thing as spot reduction but i want to lose weight mostly on my lower part of the body, thighs and legs. I walk at least 10 blocks every other day.What would be a good exercise that i can do at home easily?Would eating wheat bread instead of rice help?If you dont have any positive things to say, please dont answer at all. thanks.

First of all that is WAY good you walk !!! Try to walk at a faster pace each day. Time yourself. Then try to walk more in that same amount of time each day. It s a good way to keep yourself going and not get bored. And if you can, do it every day; fit it in whenever you have the time. Anything to break a sweat for a period of time is great. And don t worry who sees you, or how you look doing it. As for exercise, if you can use weights with your exercise. If you go fairly light you shouldn t have any problems. It s all about doing at least 20 reps, at least 3 times/sets for each type of exercise. Exercise won t make you lose weight; it s the amount of time you put into being active that works. Exercise will tone the flabbiness and firm you up. So if you don y use weights, just do regular calisthenics (sit-ips, push-ups, etc.) at least 30 minutes every day. Avoid boredom by wearing an Ipod with your fave music. If you like tv, watch your fave 30 minute or longer show while doing your exercise. Don t do them too late though. If your very overwieight, the fastest way to loose weight is not eating atall. However, I would not recommend this because of the health risks involved.I advise you to stop walking and start running! Running is one of the best forms of exercise to burn off fat. Also if your not into running, swimming is the next best thing particularly for your thighs and legs.Your diet should consist of low carbohydrates if you want to loose weight, so no rice atall and definatly no white bread, always wholemeal!By the way if you want to get rid of spots, go to the doctor and ask him to prescribe a benzoyl peroxide cream, got rid of my spots in a couple of months!

I would say eat six small meals a day. Plenty of vegetables. Drink lot s of water and green tea. No junk food. And exercise alot, walking will not cut it, you should go for a run.
