HOW MUCH WEIGHT WOULD I LOSE IF I ONLY ATE FRUIT FOR A WEEK? -

Only fruits vege s and water?? and if i ran 3 mile s (which i already do) i just really want to lose weight fast for my trip to Lousiana. thanks!! :))

Whatever people tell you Food is not the only thing you need to change to lose weight, it plays a big role but it is not the only one, The most important role is exerciseyou will lose weight in no time by running 2 miles a day, 50 sit-ups and 35 Push-ups

You can still put on weight.Your body needs certain amount of food every day and there are 5 groups of food you should eat in a day. If you skip the first 4 and only eat from the group 5, your body will initiate fat formation. Everything you eat -even the food with the lowest calorie on earth- will be turned into fat. This is why you need to follow a healthy diet rather than easy-way-outs. Keep on with running and eat chicken, whole wheat bread, veggies, fruits. AND the most important of all;drink 12 cups of water!!!

I m not sure about this. But I don t think it s a good idea. If you only eat fruits and vegetables, you ll probably need to eat a lot to feel full. Fruits contain a lot of sugar, so if you eat way more than you need, you won t be losing any weight. Also, just eating fruits and veggies can t provide you with enough nutrients. Without other food sources, you won t have enough energy to make it through the day, nevertheless with all the exercise, which you might not even be able to do with the lack of energy. Exercise is good though, so keep it up! Healthy eating and an adequete amount of exercise is good for losing weight. But if you re in a hurry (or not), talk to the doctor about it!

u can still gain weight on fruit and veggies if u eat more cals than u burn is a dayand yes fruit is good for you, but it has lots of sugar u def dont wanna eat it all day on a dietu wont make any real results in a week, trying for really quick results is a sure fire way to set urself up for failure. U need to be in it for the long haul

well, some fruits fatten, specially the real juicy ones.how about just veggies and small portions of chicken and fish...and like 8-10 cups of water a day.trust me, it will work. specially if your running 3 miles everyday.

you cant just eat fruit for a week you would feel sick, if you rely care about getting fit you should work out more and eat healthy but you will die if you only eat fruit
