How to lose weight? -

Okay so I am not fat, but I am not skinny. I am 5 4 and 130lbs.I would really love to tone my muscles back up because I use to be a gymnast. I just don t want to be bulky and thats what tend to happen. But i hate things like yoga and pilates. I m not sure of what kind of workout to start. Or even if a diet will help...

well what i do is im 17 yrs old and im about 165lbs buts thats about normal for me but i have a few pounds i could lose but im not fat enough to where i have stretch marks so im good...ive been starting this diet myself i didnt think anything of it i practically just made it up myself...run everyother day and eat very LIGHT about 1 apple(Fruit) a day and lots of water i know it doesnt sound much but ya u have to sacrifice something..well i also work out in a weight room also so ya but do what i sayed and something should work just remember to burn more than u eat and u will be god alright man take care.

In order to loose the pounds you want, you have to be really dedicated into wanting to loose those amount of pounds. Try eating just salad, try to stay away from carbs and any junk food. Work out every day for at least 30 mins. Going for jogs/walks, Work out until you sweat. Keep doing that for the whole month. Balance your diet to. This should help you. Just be dedicated. Hey im 14 yrs old and i am over weight can some one please help me how to lose weight i have tryed before but after the second day i hurt so much and it puts me off doing it again.i am NOT strong and am to young to go to a gym. what exercises can i do to at home to help me lose weight FAST ??? thank you i really hate feeling huge and want to change.

well if you exercised and found that it hurt the next day and gave up you are not getting anywhere....you are LAZY thats why your overweight...maybe your school has a gym...today i decided i want to start getting fitter so i am going to run say 5kms on the treadmill so maybe you should say i want to run blah blahh blahh and achieve it...if you ever feel down think of you as fit or however you want to be..also you can maybe get up an hour earlier every day and go for a walk or walk your dog or ride your bike im not sure....Also you need to change yuour eating habits...no more chips...take out etc. no chocolate...try to eat healthy foods like fruit and vegetables maybe eat a carrot when you get the munchies.Anyways good luck and if you dont keep pushing you wont get anywhere!

Well you could buy a workout dvd that interests you for example, if your interesting in dancing, say hip hop, you can always buy one online. I ve got one and their really worth it, you can feel the calories burning - literally!Or run down the stairs for about, at least 50 times, thats one way to get exercise.Eat fruit veg. Firstly, of course DIET and EXERCISE. Everyone is going to tell you that. Also, stay motivated and focused which can be hard. Some people keep food journals to keep on top of how much they are eating and what they are eating. I would say to start with 3 days for 30 minutes a day then increase slowly to 4, 5 etc...what you can handle. DON T over do it. 20 lbs is sort of a lot, so be prepared to be in it for the long haul even after your goal weight is achieved. This is a commitment.

Please don t worry about looking like a model who has had access to plastic surgery, airbrushing and loads of makeup. Instead of making your body fit a mold, why not be more concerned with being healthy. Right now, no one could even answer your question anyway. There are many things that you could do to look like those pictures. The first thing is, obviously loosing weight. If you want to get abs then I would recommend doing a lot of sit-ups. Also, eat healthy limit the amount of sugar, fat, and caffeine that you eat daily. I would also try using a weight loss program called NutriSystem. well i have lost a stone so see if this works its what i didyou need to use dumbells that are hard for you but not too hard because you will strain sweat out of you and i suggest a 1 mile jog everyday and then do 50situps,25 burpees(pushup position then bring youre knees up and jump up), 75 squathrusts (pushup position but 1 knee up and alternate youre knees when bringin them up) and 100 starjumps and cut out entirely all crisps and sweets and choclote or only a small amount

Go to the gym or buy some tapes and workout at home. Also, drink plenty of water 6-8 glasses per day or more. And only consume foods that are low in sugar and carbs. Try eating small meals throughout the day to keep hunger down. That helps too. Also do not eat after 7pm. That really helps!!! Night time eating is the WORST!!! Hope this helps. Height? Body fat percentage? Current diet? Calories? Type of foods you eat? Please give us some information.
