Like my goal is to lose 100 pounds, if not more. I m always so sad and depressed and I can t go a day without hating what I see in the mirror. Whenever I go out I can t help but feel If only I was smaller, if only I lost some weight School is a ******* nightmare I m paranoid all the time and I just want to lose the weight....

Im really sorry, that you feel this way about your life. i understand you want to get in shape. Well i suggest that you go to a gym and you have them help you to make a exercise plan for the year. It is healthy to work out about three to four days out of the week. Also, do research on how you can eat healthy. Because you will not lose wieght if you are eating junk. You have to eat healty and work out. Make sure you dont just keep doing the same workouts. Because if you do different workouts you will work different parts of the body. Causing you to lose wieght all over your body. So try running, biking, dancing, yoga, crunges, weight lifting. Many different things. Good Luck, i hope you lead a successfull and healthy work out. it has been found that when exercising if you do a short stint of very vigorous fast exercise followed by a slower more relaxed pace and then back to very fast again you are more likely to lose weight faster than those who run or exercise at a continous pace.

I agree with the previous answer. If you want to lose weight increase your workout by 2 minutes every 2 weeks until you are at a desired time. An extra 2 minutes wont play any psychological effects on you. I would run at a vigorous pace on a treadmill for 1 minute followed by walking for a minute and back to vigorous running then walking for about 20-25 minutes to start with then add your 2 minutes after a week or 2.

You might think about trying this book called The Movie Star Diet by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn t think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

How to lose weight? -

Ok so I want to lose 10 lbs. I excercise daily like a 30 minute run and sit ups and leg lifts plus walking and cooking. I eat a lot of the time past 7, like i ll have a bowl of ice cream or some chips or just something to snack on in the middle of the night around 10 and 11pm, is this bad? could i lose any weight by stopping eating at night? And do you have any excercise suggestions that woulld help me lose 10 lbs by summer? 1. Stop eating past seven and midnight snacks got to stop2. Try running at least a mile a day3. join dance,track,etc.I went through the same problem but stuck to my top 3 and lost the weight and never gained it back.

I m sorry, but there is no quick fix to lose weight. Too many people in our country want a fast fix. You ate bad and gained that weight over months. Think about how easy that was, do you really think it will come off easier than it went on? It wont. You can lose weight in two weeks, but it will mostly be muscle and water weight and you will gain it back as soon as you eat like a normal person again. For breakfast try some yogurt (not the runny kind, the more natural thick stuff I actually like it better. its called Original and it has a huge 0 on it and it says natural ingrediants, 0% fat). i got the best healthiest way ... he best is to have a tea spoon of honey, daily in the morning once u get up from bed. this burns the extra fat. after some time, have atleast 2 glasses of water, to clear the acidity produced during the nightmake sure the honey u purchase and use is natural and authentic. Well its impossible to lose weight without exercise. Talking pills are not good. It could cause cancer. I lost 7 pounds in two weeks. I ran about two miles a week. I played sports and rarely lift weights.I m 157 pounds.

with diet and excersies you can lose 1-2 lbs a week, with not excercise and a diet you will lose no weight at all, sorry if you dont want to work out you wont lose weight

honestly i did this and it worked after eating just keep eating for the whole day then drink a pepsi and drink it kind of fast then start moving around and stuff. Then your stomach will feel runny then use the bathroom and stay on the toilet for a half an hour i guarantee it will work . please tell me if you have tried itbtw you can drink any hard soda with alot of sodium but i recommend pepsi or coke

Yes,there is a way. You can start walking. You can walk several times a day. For example start walking once a round the block but at three different times of the day. Then in a couple of days walk twice around the block three times a day. And build it up until you are walking about a half hour to 45 minutes each time but 3x s each day. This will set your metabolism to start burning those excess calories and will keep your metabolism reveed up in high gear. This will cause your body to start to lose weight.You will not feel self conscious because you are not surrounded by other people who are looking at you because you are large and they are not.I also was a very heavy (obese person who was 220 lbs overweight. I started by walking and I also had a stationary bike in my house which I used three times a day. Our school will have a pool next year and we get to go swimming in P.E I m just embarrassed because I am a bit chubby. My legs are really fat because I have muscle but fat on top.
