Can u give me some tips on how to lose weight fast? -

im 12 and 135 pounds and want to be comitted this summer to losing weight but i dont know how to lose weight fast and how to keep myself going. please help.

Instead of eating 3 large meals a day, eat 6 smaller meals. Never eat until you feel full This will get your metabolism workin faster and you will have more energy from not ever having that too full feeling. Also try to stay away from foods that are high in carbohydrates and foods that are high in calories. Try to eat things with carbs in the morning. It is rather hard to lose weight fast the natural way, but you can with hard work. I highly suggest asking your doctor questions and to make a plan to lose weight. Do not be embarrassed to ask your doctor because they can really help you alot and care about you.

You can safely loose 20 lbs in about 3 months... Cut out the sugar, and pop. Eat more protein, and drink lots of water. You should average about 1-2 lbs a week. Exercise, and give yourself a treat now and then to stay motivated.

of course this is asked all the time, but I will answer this one this time.Watch what you eat, and actually at your size if you did workout stuff you would get to what you wanted, more than the food you ate. evryday go outside and walk for 30 minutes. then eventually ofver time, turn it in2 fast walking- it has the same effect as jogging. stay away from greasy foods and go 2 bed 3 hhours after u eat b/c sumo-wreslters eat then go 2 bed- thats ho wthey gain weight. i hope i helped. good luck! :)

If you re planning on keeping it off,,, it will take a while. If you re planning on losing it and then gaining it right back, go on a diet. Eat stuff you don t normally eat and work out till you hurt. Make sure you buy new clothes in smaller sizes. Do all this and gain it right back plus some!Don t diet... Change your life and you ll notice a change.

Bottom line is you gotta keep the fork out of your mouth.Burn more calories than you take in. Thats it. There is no secret.

It all depends on your diet and if you are exercising/going to the gym. It can take anywhere from a few weeks to 2 months if you want to lose it the healthy way and keep it off. There are diets out there that will let u lose the weight faster but 9 times out of 10 you will lose the weight and gain it all back and then some!! So be careful when choosing to go on those fad diets! I recommend a healthy diet and plenty of exercise and water. I usually eat healthy all week and then have one meal per week where I eat whatever I want. It works for me, best of luck to you!!

Anyways you obviously want to lose a bit, just remember ya young so any extra weight you got will go....just try adding some fruit and extra veg into your diet, you can eat mostly whaevert you want....just in moderation...You seem to exercise alot...just enjoy yourself....dont worry about your weight at such a young age...you got the rest of your life for that lol xxxx

well its not all about the exercises, nutrtition is part of it too. so maybe change your eating habits a bit, by eliminating pop you can lose up to 5lbs! and maybe just eat a little more healthy, like more fiber and protein. hope i helped, goood luck =]

In order to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you intake. Simple as that.I would suggest eating every 2 hours with meals snacks to help boost your metabolism. Cut out soda junk food out of your diet. Try to stay away from refined and processed food.You can have a cheat day once a week by eating whatever you want.As for exercise you can start out doing stretches, and crunches. umm u culd lose it in 20 days by doing a water and green tea diet... u just drink tht stuff but if ur buzy u dont want 2 do those type of diets.. i am 5 5 and like 97 punds i am not like anorexic of anything i just luv 2 excercisesoooooo try swimmmingdancingrunning do cruncheslift weights(makes boobs smaller)eat alot less than wat u doummmm play kickballl u know run 2 da streeet and back jump on a trampoline hulla hoop is good 2
