What is the best way of losing weight quickly? -

Well i don t think there is but using the gym is good.I lost half a stone through 10 Min s of spinning(exercise bike)Also everyone talks about Chai Tea , Oolong Tea , Herbal Tea ,Green Tea, Wu Long Teas which are supposed to make you loose weight easily.

The best solution to your problem is try to buy a slimming tea in your country take it every after a day.. then all the food you ate will be gone because you will keep going to restroom to make a number 2.. you may also try tuna diet it works for me.. no rice if possible wheat bread will do..
