I need to lose weight fast and I mean very fast..? -

I m now 67kg and I need to get to 55 really fast.. But I can t go out to exercise because of the weather.. So exercising indoors don t burn much fat.. What should I do?

Burpees can be a great way to burn fat fast and an exercise you can do at home. Search on the internet for a description of how to do a burpee.Another suggestion is to buy a skipping rope and skip 20 minutes every day.Kris

You just have to take it one day at a time, and don t give up! It takes a while to lose weight, but in the end, it s worth it. Trust me, if losing weight was easy, we d all be thin. You re going to have to be committed to this goal.DO NOT starve yourself by going on a crash diet. It doesn t work, believe me! Sure, you lose weight, but you also lose hair and your ability to have kids in the future. Then once you do actually eat something, it turns directly to FAT because your body is trying desperately to store excess calories food for energy because it thinks that its starving - And you end up gaining everything you lost, and then some!Try eating more fruits and veggies in place of other fatty meals, like junk food, cookies, or high calorie meals. Like most people (I m guilty sometimes!), you ve probably brainwashed yourself into thinking that fast food tastes better than healthy food, but that s not entirely true! Try eating more grapes, clemintines, apples chunks in vanilla yogurt (good for sweet cravings!), blueberries, hummus (it sounds gross but it s really not, especially with Wheat Thins or Food Should Taste Good brand whole grain chips! I personally like garden vegetable or tomato flavored), granola, low-fat yogurt, low-fat string cheese, LITE brand whole wheat bread, 100 - calorie popcorn / kettle corn bags, steamed broccoli with a buttery garlic sauce, microwavable veggies etc. I also snack on South Beach Diet oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, they re good AND pretty healthy! And eat SLOWLY. Take one bite at a time, chew completely, then take another bite. If you eat slower, you ll become fuller quicker, and you won t overeat. Drink a glass of water before each meal - You ll feel fuller faster and won t overindulge. Try to spread your meals out so that you re eating 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day - It keeps your metabolism up to speed. Try bringing a sandwich or a bag of fruits with you to class, or eat in between classes at your locker.Incorporate more exercise into your daily life. Take the dog for a 20 minute walk, do jumping jacks while watching TV, do laps around the block, or the house for that matter. Don t let yourself sit down for too long. If you can, get a gym membership. I use an elliptical for 30 minutes 5-6 times a week and it works great for me.And don t eat out of boredom! It s a nasty habit to break, TRUST ME. Whenever you feel like eating, watch a movie with no commercial breaks so you don t have time to get up, call a friend, read a book or magazine, or get out of the house, away from the food. And don t DIET . Because the moment you go off your diet , you ll regain the all the weight you lost quickly, believe me. Instead, make healthy living choices. I recently lost weight, about 20 lbs, and what really helped for me was planning my meals. I planned when and what I was going to eat, and made sure the calorie count was 1400. But never go under 1200! Remember, healthy weight loss is about 2-3 lbs a week. Whatever you do, don t let yourself stray from your plan. Write it all down or type it out and leave it up on your computer so you don t forget, that s what I do.You ll never get to your ideal body by eating crap food and sitting around, no matter how much you want it to happen. I couldn t agree more with Dave.Eat at a steady pace of 5-6 meals per day, it ll sound alot, but it s the nutrients your body needs. Spread your meals out evenly approx. 2-3 hrs.It s very important to exercises like cardio and immediately eat/drink protein, protein is very important right after an exercises.thats all you can basically do right now, vitamins will help alot also. Goodluck and remember..Treat your body like a temple and you will be treated back as well.

there is no fast track to weight loss... diets dont work because when you eat less your metabolism slows down so that when you go back to eating how you previously did you will gain the weight back and then some. the trick is to eat in moderation and spread it out, exercise (aerobic AND weights) and you will see a difference in time... dont rush it, do it the right way

Well there s pretty much 3 important steps you should do.1. Exercise at least an hour a day. It s very important that you have an hour of cardio to burn off fat and calories. Jog around your neighborhood for an hour or jump rope. It does miracles.2. Drink lots of water and get lots of protein. STAY AWAY FROM JUNK FOOD AND FATTY FOODS. Just because a product has high protein doesn t mean it is necessarily good for you. It could have a lot of calories and fat. 3. Get plenty of sleep. Research has been done on weight loss and sleep and by combining good exercise with plenty of sleep, people have seen significant weight loss.Follow these three steps and you ll slim down a lot.

It s really simple.........takes three days to get used to it, and then you re sailing. You eat smart. Calories in are important. What you eat is 80% of a diet. You want to work out and keep your metabolism up, yes, but if you can t right now, just eat well. You know it s best to lift some form of weight and do some form of aerobic activity several times a week to get your HR up and burn fat and increase muscle( which helps burn more fat when your just resting COOL !! ) But watch what you eat. Get off the sugar and no fried food, no fast food junk or junk food. eat healthy and feel the changes psychologically it will start to bring in just days. Drink water too....forget that soda and limit the cocktails. In one month,....you ll feel like a new person. I don t know how much you need or want to lose, but this is the safe and logical way to do it. You ll see!! The best exercise to loose weight fast are push-offs (that is, when you push yourself FROM the table and eat less than what you think you need). The reason being:The metabolism only signals the brain that it had enough to eat after it has digested, at least partially, enough food that it calculates as being sufficient to maintain you till next meal.The problem is, this signal is given usually 10 to 15 min after you ate the last spoonful that will satisfy your needs. Everything else you eat in these 10-15 min will be extra and will pile up as body fat!!That said. Now that you know how NOT to pile any extras, the second step is to practice a low level cardio everyday (start with 20 to 30 min a day depending on your level of fitness, then increase to 40 to 60 min, at a rate of about 10 % per week, not more.) This will help you burn the extras you already piled up.Good cardio exercises are: fast walks, elliptical machine, rowing, swimming, jogging, biking etc..You can pick a couple or more of them for variety sake. im not so sure about using one of those diet things u see on commercials, but as far as i know, eating healthy and exercising is the best and healthiest way to lose weight and be fit. get rid of the unhealthy chips, cookies, and NO soda!!
