I m going to see Paramore in a little over a week, and i m feeling pretty bad because everyone s going to be in skinnies. It makes it even worse that my best friends are alot shorter and thinner than I am, and I was just wondering how much weight I could lose by the 14th, and how?

I ve gained 30 lbs over the past few months. I went from 100lb to 130lb. I love how great my boobs look now, lol! I never had much going on upstairs until now, lol. I am a short obese person weighing 58kgs or 127.6lbs with a height of approximately / exactly 4 11 ? Its one of health problem aside from having chronic neck/throat pain which some said it could be caused by too much acid intake or fats in the body though it isn t docs that said that... I m 5-8, at the start of last year I porked out at 300 lbs. That s obese. I am now just 10 pounds away from my goal of 200lbs. I didn t do any fancy diet or excersise program. After several years of yo-yo dieting, what I finally found to work for me is a 1500 calorie diet using pre-prepared meals. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, my meals average about 300 calories each. That s about 900 calories. Then I use the additional 600 calories to snack several times a day eating 100 calorie pre-packaged snacks. You re best bet is to avoid pills and diet plans and stick to eating three healthy meals a day. How do you overcome those chocolate and fatty food cravings, and motivate yourself to excercise?

i never overcame the chocolate craving NEVER!!!! i just control it. everything in moderation. i love fries and i still eat fries, but i will only have 1/2 a small fries from mcdnlds, maybe 2-3 times a month. NEVER deprive yourself or you will flop. i hated exercising, so i did it in private 1st and didn t tell any of my friends what i was doing. i started by walking on the treadmill 20 mins a day. 2 months later and 15 lbs lighter i joined a gym. i bought a new outfit and went out with the girls their reaction was priceless. that s what motivated me, others reactions. i lost 40 lbs (still have 30 more to go) i feel good about myself and love myself more then i ever did. i wish u the best on your new journey!!!

You have to want to change. Once you ve had enough of the love handles, the bell fat, or that horrific muffin top, you find it s easier to start working out. I looooooove soda and cheeseburgers, but once I started working out it was easy for me not to eat them. I keep thinking, I am not working out for hours a day just to eat junk. (The fact that I stocked the fridge with healthy and no junk helped.) Good luck trying to get into shape. I m sure if you work at it you ll be ready for the beach in a few weeks.

Whenever you get a sugar craving wait 15 minutes. By then hopefully the craving will go away. Also drink the right amount of water. Get a good night s sleep too. You produce more stress hormones when you aren t well rested. Plus when you don t sleep enough you eat more to get energy.

Cardio. running, biking, swimming, ect. All these things will burn fat and create lean muscle mass (to a certain degree). To increase muscle mass in a specific area lift weights. Recommend that you start with low weight and high reps. Once you have achieved your weight loss goal you can focus more on muscle mass building and change lifting to higher weights and lower reps. Calorie intake is not as important as getting the right amount of nutritional value from your diet. As long as you are burning more calories then you are taking in, you will lose weight.

I d say eat as many Big Mac s as possible.

Protien, carb and a smaller portion of fat. Also you might want to measure yourself to find out what your protien, carb and fat needs are. An awesome book to get is The Zone Diet by Barry. This book also helps you measure yourself to find out how much you need to eat and how many times a day you need to eat. Also dont forget Rest, Excerise (Particularly movements that build muscle) and the food you eat are of the up most importance.
