What is the best way to lose weight FAST???!? -

For a girl that weighs 136 and is 5 5 but has 29 percent body fat. Please help!

ok look......get some running shoes and sweat pants and run everyday............you can star out by walking half way and running the rest.....when you run make sure you kind of step on your tip toes dont put to much weight on the whole foot....running is the best exercise or walking.....but running makes you very strong. and i guarantee that if you do a mile everyday and eat right.....*what i mean by eat right is eat a lot of fruits and try not to eat to much fat but dont stop eating and drink lots of water*if you do this i bet u after 2 weeks you will see great resultsbut **** u cant stop, once u start keep doing it everyday* it works.....good luck also jumping rope helps a lot *i do 100 everyday*

Drink a lot of water its speeds up metabolism which causes weight loss. Eat lots of fruits a veggies and lean protein. on your plate make sure you have alot more veggies then meat. dont eat sweets or soda major weight contributor. try to stay away from carbohydrates(rice,pasta,bread) but if you do make sure its whole weight. dont hav things with lots of salt(chips). have a balanced diet. exercise alot..if ur not really an exercise kind of person u can do simple squats and jogging in place or jump rope if u r an exericing kind of person then you can do sit ups push ups pull ups jumping jacks and runningBut you should love your self they way u r. u dont hav to be size twos lik u see in those magazines but make sure your healthy physically and emotionaly-You were born an oringinal dont die a copy

Which makes you lose weight faster, walking/running or bicycling? -

u will burn more calories by running fast for 20 min than u would bicycling fast for 20 min. it really depends on the intesity because if you are walking slow but u can cycle fast then cycling would probably be better. as long as you go fast either one is a very good weight loss tool

I would say that whichever exercise, you, personally, can endure for the longest periods of time would be the best. The key to losing weight in exercise is to keep the heart rate up for longer and longer amounts of time. So if you can walk for longer than you can run do that. If you can bike longer than you can walk or run do that. Bicycling is also lower impact on the knees if that is a concern
