How to lose weight by aug 11 AKA when school starts? -

i want to have lost weight by the time school starts im not a big fan on exersising so im realling looking for some diets that i can do. i have a goal on losing at least 20 pounds in 2 to 3 weeks withut starving myself and without having to buy anything like nutisystem. on of my family members has that and she let me try some of the food and most of it is gross. plz hepl me, plus im on the cheerleading team and i want to look good in my uniform. i will be the only cheerleader that isnt afraid to wear a skirt in front of the school

20 pounds in 3 weeks is unreasonable... and exercise is a vital part of any weight loss plan. i suggest you rethink how you want to attack weight loss

How can I lose weight fast? -

I used to be very thin weighing in at 117 pounds and looking good but over the past six months i have gained weight and i weigh 135. I m only a teenager and it s not healthy the way i look. I really need some dieting plan or something. I have wide hips and thick thighs and chunky over muscular arms. Please anyone help me.

1. Drink plenty of water. Our body needs a lot of water so give in to water. Water is not just way to flush out toxin but if you have more water in your body you will generally feel healthier and fitter. This it self will discourage any tendency to gorge. Drink a glass of water before you start the meal. Water naturally needs some space so that you feel fuller without actually having to stuff yourself.4. Have another glass of water while you are having the meal. Again this is another way of making yourself full so that you can actually rise from the table eating less but feeling full just the same. Instead of drinking it one gulp, take sips after each morsel. It will help the food to settle faster so that you get that feeling that you are full faster. These things contain 90 to 95 % water so that there is nothing that you have to lose by feasting on them. They fill you up without adding to the pounds.7. Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice. Juice is often sweetened but fresh fruits have natural sugars. When you eat fruit, you are taking in a lot of fiber, which is needed by the body, and fruits of course are an excellent source of vitamins.8. If you do have a craving for fruit juice then go for fresh fruit juice instead of these that contain artificial flavors and colors. Or even better, try making your own fruit juice taking care not to sweeten it with too many calories.9. Choose fresh fruit to processed fruits. Processed and canned fruits do not have as much fiber as fresh fruit and processed and canned fruits are nearly always sweetened.10. Increase your fiber intake. Like I mentioned, the body needs a lot of fiber. So try to include in your diet as many fruits and vegetables as you can.11. Go crazy on vegetables. Vegetables are your best bet when it comes to losing pounds. Nature has a terrific spread when it comes to choosing vegetables. And the leafy green vegetables are your best bet. I find for the temptation of food is always there, sometimes i ll eat even when im not hungry. For me chewing gum really works!. Chewing on sometimes makes you forget about wanting eating something. My diet plan is weetabix and a piece of fruit for breakfast, fruit and raw jelly for a mid-morning snack, ryvita/crackers and an apple for lunch and fish/meat and veg for dinner.

What is a healthy work out schedule for someone to lose weight fast? -

I am 280lbs and about 5 8 and am wanting to join the military and serve my country, but I am currently vertically challenged. I can use any and all help you could give. Also, any advice on healthy foods that do not taste terrible would be great.

I know about what you re looking for. I was 250 lbs, 5 7 . I m now at 140 lbs, working towards 130.Joining the military is more than weight, so look up what the fitness requirements are for the branch you d like to join. For example, when I was getting in shape my sister had just gotten out of the AF basic training. She said that one of the requirements was to run a mile and a half in 12 minutes- so that was one of my goals. Find out how many sit-ups and push-ups, etc and start practicing.If you can t jog, start out walking, and do jogging intervals. I would (and still sometimes) do 4 minutes walking, 6 minutes running, 4 minutes walking, 6 minutes running. Or other times I walk 1/4 mile and run 3/4 mile. Eventually I worked my way up to the point where I could run 5 miles non-stop. Just start out with what you re able to do and push yourself a little at a time.As for foods, it just depends on what you like, and learning to like healthy stuff. Some of my favorite foods include my protein shake (chocolate whey powder, skim milk, 1 raw egg), bananas, apples, baby carrots, peas, broccoli, and all manner of fruits and veggies, string cheese, plain low-fat yogurt, almonds, sardines in mustard, soup (Campbell s Select Harvest), Lean Cuisine meals, eggs... and pretty much everything else.Basically when it comes to food you have to ask yourself Is this something that will help me reach my goal? Remember, nothing tastes as good as it feels to be fit.

yup, me also, eat lots of fruit, training with low intensity. In indonesia like me, its really hot now, so i drink lots of cold water, urinate more than 20x a day.

friiken hell ur 21 years old and ur 160 cm?? im 160 cm and im 10 years old well im turning 11 this year and if u want to lose 5 kilos 1 week ok about a day eat 2 meals HEALTHY one not FAT ones like chips and stuff do that for 1 month and make sure u NEVER drink soft drink well orange juice and apple juice are ok but 1 glass a week and DRINK lots lots of WATERhope this helpsplz put me as a best answer

Step 2- realize that real weight loss takes a lot of effort and time.Step 3- Find a diet/excercise program that you can follow.Step 4- Stick with it even though you don t think you are seeing resultsThe change will come gradually and you may not notice it yourself. Usually it is someone that you have not seen for a long time that will notice first. You will feel better, more in shape after about 3-4 weeks of consistent excercise and will see the weight loss after a few months. Just be patient and don t give up if don t get down to your goal weight after 2 weeks.
