im in seventh grade if that helps

You can t lose weight from a specific body part, unfortunately, genetics determines where you lose weight first. If you want to lose weight off of your face, you have to lose weight all over.

I would like to recommend you my weight loss program that works very well. I get right weight loss program and applied the program, then I lost weight easy. You need to have the program that works. You can get the best program weight loss that worked for me and lost 11 pounds after 30 days. You can get more info from bit,ly/frhrth55 (Please replace , to . in the link)

How come once on atkins,u can have a lot of calories an u can still lose weight fast? -

your not consuming any carbs while on this diet. (breads, pastas, etc) carbs, if left unused in ur system, will turn to sugars then turning to fat. and these types of fat is harder to work off. meat, if lean, is worked off almost right after u eat it.

you are not eating as many carbs. Carbs turn to sugar which your body stores as fat and you will eventually gain weight if you are not exercising to burn excessive calories off.

Atkins puts your body into a state of ketosis, which is an imbalance. It s the same reason that people on strict Atkins have such bad breath body odor. That imbalance is what allows them to lose the weight.

No-one should be on the Atkins diet. It is full of saturated fats which give you much higher risk of heart disease, bowel cancer and multiple sclerosis. If you want to lose weight, I recommend reducing your fat intake instead of your carbohydrate intake. Eat less meat, and more fresh fruit and veg. Pasta and bread are fine in moderation.

I think it works on the premise that if you starve your body of carbohydrates (sugar), it s forced to break down the fat to get the sugar it needs to distribute throughout the body.

Actually, by cutting out carbs, your ARE cutting calories. The body has a limited capability to absorb protein so eating more will not necessarily provide more protein calories. This is why there is so much undigested meat in the average person s large intestines. Also, because the brain, red blood cells, and kidneys need carbs, the body will break down muscle to make the carbs for these vital functions. Uric acid is generated as a byproduct which the body will have to flush out via the kidneys (which are low on fuel). The lost muscle and water account for most of the weight loss on low carb diets. Because both of these are denser than fat, the initial weight loss will be tremendous. However, the lost muscle mass will slow your metabolism and cause you to stop losing weight (just like any other starvation diet). Here is more info on low carb diets.http://www.spartafit.com/articles/low%20

I dont think so, I have never heard of someone actually wantin to drink hotwater....

Drink cold water. Your body burns more calories to heat up the water.

No, your body has to heat the cold water up burning calories.

no water is water whether it is hot or cold it s your preference

Yes, you ll probably start to sweat, and thus losing weight!

I heard it s the opposite. If you drink cold water you ll be able to lose some more weight because the body will be working more to heat up the water.

no

you will because warm water is an appetite suppressant.

Well, I heard it was the opposite actually. That it takes more energy to heat ice water up to body temp so therefore increases metabolism. Something like that!

Yes. If the water is hot enough you will burn up. If it is is cold enough you will freeze. Thus, you will be the same weight. Don t ask me to rate this question. I don t do question rates.

there is no relation btn drinking water and weight gain/loss.

u would drink hot water just to be skinny. wow, but my opinion doesnt matter and the anwser is no.

Nope.

i dont know

No, but cold water tends to increase hunger. your best bet is room temperature.
