I heard that.........................? -

eating blueberries makes you loose weight. i was wondering if eating strawberries does too??? I m not looking for weight loss tips or anything its just that I ve been eating strawberries lately and i have lost weight. i don t need to loose weight I m 5 4 and weigh 123lbs. I m just morbidly curious.

No single food will magically melt away weight. You need to look at your whole diet and figure out a balanced meal plan. Eating more of a single food - no matter how healthy the food is - is not going to make you lose weight.

You could probably find something somewhere saying every food makes you lose weight somehow. It isn t true! The most something could do is marginally speed up your metabolism.

I am going on vacation in two weeks and want to lose ten pounds. I am currently about 205 pounds and 6 tall, so I don t think losing 10 would be unhealthy.If I can t do it, it s really not a huge deal to me because I m not too obsessed with my body image, but I would like to try.Any tips?

It s not a very realistic goal to lose 10lbs in 2 weeks. However, if you cut out alcohol, soda, sweets, that would be a good start. I would maybe suggest either restricting or removing grains from your diet temporarily also.

Get fit, it looks better and it is healthier. Get exercise, walk or jog, go out dancing, play sports, or just do what you enjoy a lot and incorporate exercise. I m 16 year old male and consider myself a pretty active person (working quite regularly, school five days a week, boxing one day a week, working out at the gym regularly). So with my busy life style i m still not happy with my body image.I m not obese but in my opinion my stomach and chest needs toning what are some tips on how to do this?Please don t suggest tablets, etc as I do not want to be on them.

lift heavier weights mate,sounds like your training enough,main thing with weight training is consistancy,but maybe you could be over training which would cause no results.so cut back a bit,i train nearly everyday but i been doin it for a long time.cut back or even have a week or so off and see how you go.but make sure you keep training.

Effective workouts without equitment? -

I m stuck in my den all day with a couch and computer and a TV. I feel like working out, becuase i had a big, fatting, breakfast. I need something I can do and is effective. Possibly some weight loss tips if you have any?

There s a ton of things you can do such as jumprope, hula hooping, jumping jacks, lunges, kicking, crunches, situps. While watching TV, stand during the show and at each commercial do a different exercise.

No expert here but you dont sound like you are very overweight. OK, lets assume you want to lose 10 lbs. Get yourself a copy of the book The Southbeach Diet . If you follow phase one and phase two you should lose 10 lbs easily in 2 weeks . The diet is healthy and not too hard to follow. But dont look to lose more than that. Our society is fixated on skinny women and that is not healthy. Just lose 10 lbs. and enjoy looking in the mirror. IMHO

Well not much tips, just work hard and FOCUS, i ve tried countless times but it dont work but my mom has lost a bunch of weight but thats cuz she was determined. Just realize theres no quick fix, just give it your all, avoid sitting at home doing nothing just go outside and play something with friends or ride a bike or whatever...you ll get a sweet tan too.

I really suggest doing Weight watchers. It s easy and you will see results after 1 week! It isnt very strict either.. they have years of experience and I m doing it.
