I need to lose weight fast. includes calorie intake, bmi, and calories burned a week.? -

normally, i dont eat lunch on a weekday.because the lines at my cafeteria are ******* crazy long.weekends i eat all three meals.i want to lose 10-20 lbs. bmi: 22.9current weight: 121 lbs.height: 5 1on a weekday-calorie intake: 120- 400i burn 270 or more calories in a week. please dont say im skinny, because you havent even seen me.

If you really want to lose weight then try eating 5-6 small meals a day. eat pleanty of healthy snacks like fresh fruit and veggies. Fiber and whole grain, that kind of stuff. Exercise most of the days of the week. have one day when you give your body a rest. always eat breakfast and if you dont want to buy your lunch then pack, because if you eat a lot of healthy foods your metabolism speeds up. muscle also speeds up your metabolism.

I m going on spring break in a little under two weeks and i want to drop some weight before. i am about 5 6 and weight around 150 lbs. i work out on a daily bases, running and i play volleyball. most of my weight is in the muscles in my legs, but i am uncomfortable with my stomach and can t seem to get rid of it with my workout routine. do you have any ideas to drop some weight in a short period of time? or how to lose some stomach fat?

You need to do some exercises that mainly work your abdominal area, ones which will not only lose the fat but tone the muscles as well. Try researching some. Also eating healthy will help you lose weight generally, if you don already. As for losing in a short period of time, when it comes to losing weight their is no quick fix solution unfortunately, not if you re are going about it the right way anyway. You just have to keep going with it until you see the results you want, don t expect miracles in a week or two, you re going to have to work at it...I d give it at least 6 weeks before you get the sorts of results you re looking for.Hope this helps and good luck! =)Jay x

i think the best suggestion would be drink LOADS of water.just keep drinking (unless you re really bloated of course). you ll probably have to visit the toilet a few more times than normal but after a few days you ll be fine.you ll realise that you ve much more energy than normal, and you don t feel hungry.eat a lot less than you normally do, by just eating when you re hungry, and chewing very slowly. then stop when you re not hungry, not when you feel full.when you eat, pick healthy whole grains, vegetables, and lean protein like chicken or tuna/salmon. have only 3 meals a day, or have 5 small meals a day. don t eat 3 hours before bed time.move about a lot, and be always on the go. this should be easy because with healthy eating you tend to have much more energy :) go the gym to tone your muscles with weights. if you re desperate to lose fat then work on the cardio machines.

Before bed (2 hrs), eat something with protein, don teat many carbs before bed. Take one multivitamin per day3. take flaxseed, omega 3 6 and 9 fish oil (one day omega, another day flaxseed, then switch.)4. Basically eat organic and gluten free, dairy free, and wheat free stuff.
