Your story sounds like mine - but I did find some really neat exercises and I listed several sites here. Make sure you drink lots of fluids as that will help keep your system flushed especially if you eat the rubbish ... :)

I became overweight until I tried out acai berry, I know they say that pills will not work, but they certainly worked for me, and they have been featured on the Rachael Ray Show too. There s a free trial happening at the moment at http://huneruhs.tobban.com , try it, what is the worst that could happen?

It s all about your diet. Sure working out will burn more calories and speed up the process but it comes down to your eating habits. Look up your BMR and just eat less calories than your body burns per day and you will lose weight.

Here is where you can read a good article called Top Ten Principles and Tips for Weight Loss http://www.weightlossfatloss.us/ten_weigThey are good tips that work.

How to Loose Weight Fast? Loose 15lbs Weight in One Month? -

I will have my wedding in one month and I want to know how to loose weight fast. I want to loose at least 15lbs weight before that. Can anybody give me some weight loss tips, advice, or provide any weight loss plan or program? Much thanks.

Try Jillian Michaels

I went on a veggie/fruit/whole grain diet. I ate recommended servings of vegetables and fruit and soybeans for protein. Also, I worked out 1 hour a day and lost a lot of weight. Starving yourself is a bad idea, because when you lose all that excess weight, your skin becomes kind of flabby. If you want youthful looking body, it is important to go on a healthy diet AND exercise at the same time. Another benefit of going on a healthy diet is that your skin will look amazing. When I eat junk food, my skin looks terrible. But, when I m eating healthy, my skin looks glowy and beautiful. I hope you can see great results.Oh also, try yoga. That helps you have a balanced body. (I don t know if that makes sense).

Hi, Karen,Loose weight fast is not as difficult as you think about it as long as you find the right way. I was overweight before and always want to loose my weight but just don t know how to loose weight. I tried low fat diet, low calorie diet and low carb diet and lots and lots more methods. All failed desparitely. I even think it s impossible for me to loose weight till I found a really incredible way which told me to eat more than 3 meals per day. No, you don t listen me wrong. I was shocked too at first. But anyway I have failed lots of times, let me just fail once more I think. So I ate more than 3 meals according to the guide, and the result is : I lost 9lbs in the first two weeks!! You can check their website here: http://tinyurl.com/loosew8 I really don t know why and there is something called calorie shifting. I don t understand that but the result is really amazing. When every weight loss program ask you to eat less and less so as to loose weight, this plan ask you to eat more than 3 meals. Sounds stupid but I don t care as long as I can loose weight fast.I hope my experience can give you some help and hope you can lose weight before your wedding.Good Luck!

If you know correct weight loss information you can lose weight. I use the way from this site and I lost 12 pounds in 4 weeks. It is very fast to lose weight. You can find my weight loss way that lost me 19 pounds in 55 days from http://bit.ly/jtyty

Cut down on edible oil, butter etc. and run , run , run, jog, walk, run, walk, jog, run, run.....................................

Make water your favorite drink. A person must have a minimum of 8 glasses of water in a day. Avoid taking soft drinks or carbonated beverages; moreover replace them with water. Water helps in reducing weight in the most effective manner. Don t stuff yourself with food in a single sitting; instead have 5 to 6 small meals or snacks in a day. Eating several small meals helps the body to release less insulin, which keeps blood sugar steady and helps to control hunger. Make a habit of walking. Instead of driving car to the nearby market, prefer walking down. Walking is more important for people in sedentary jobs. Walk for at least 45 minutes every day; it helps in burning extra calories. Keep small plates for serving food because a study shows that the less food put in front of us, the less food we ll eat. So downsize your food plates and coffee mugs, and say goodbye to those extra calories. Eat more vegetables during meals as water-rich foods like zucchini, tomatoes, and cucumbers reduce your overall calorie consumption. Some other water-rich foods include soups and salads; they are good source of nutrition. Use vegetables to make hefty meals. Like pasta salad loaded with vegetables like broccoli, carrots, and tomatoes can be eaten twice. Same applies for stir-fries; add vegetables to make a fluffier omelet. Avoid taking white foods as they contain large amounts of carbohydrates, which may further lead to weight gain. Replace white sugar, white rice, and white flour with whole grain breads and brown rice. Switch to ordinary coffee because coffee drinks at shops has extra calories, owing to whole milk, whipped cream, sugar, and sugary syrups. A cup of regular coffee, having skim milk brewed with good beans, tastes great and moreover has fewer calories. Use skimmed milk as it is high in calcium and low in calories. For coffee, use nonfat powdered milk. Prefer eating cereal for breakfast five days a week. Following this, you will consume more fiber and calcium, and less fat than those who eat other breakfast foods. Prefer having meals at home. We re more likely to eat more - in fact, more high-fat, and high-calorie foods- when we eat out than eating at home. Try to eat slowly and put your fork or spoon down after every bite. Drink water often and talk about your day with your partner. If you eat slowly, you would feel contended with your meal. Eat only when your stomach wants food. Usually out of boredom, nervousness, habit, or frustration; many of us unnecessarily have food. If you want to have something specific, it s probably a craving, not hunger. Prefer flavorings like hot sauce, salsa, and Cajun seasonings rather than butter and creamy or sugary sauces. These flavorings not only provide flavor with no fat and few calories, but the spicy ones also turn up digestive fires, causing your body to burn more calories. Eat fruit rather than drinking fruit juice. Eating whole foods will keep you satisfied for longer period of time than juice. Moreover, fruit juices are very high in calories. Eat equal portions of vegetables and grains at dinner. A cup of cooked rice or pasta has about 200 calories, while a cup of cooked veggies has just 50 calories. This will help to avoid a grain calorie overload, and high-fiber veggies will help satisfying your hunger. After every two hours, get up and walk around the office or your home for five minutes. A brisk five-minute walk after every two hours will you re your body active. Once a week, make a habit of washing something thoroughly - could be floor, windows, shower cabin, bathroom tiles, car, etc. It helps in burning out about four calories for every minute spent in cleaning. Take a walk before dinner and it ll not only burn calories, but also cut down your appetite. Prefer not eating with a large group as we tend to eat more when we eat with other people, probably because we spend more time at the table. When eating in groups take a note of time and leave the plate, as and when you have had enough. Skip watching TV for an hour and go for a walk instead. Or else, you have now time to finish your domestic chores. Take most of the calories before noon because studies tell that the more you eat in the morning, the less you ll eat in the evening. Moreover, you will get more chances to burn off those early-day calories than late-night calories. Order alcohol by the glass, not the bottle. This way, you ll be more aware of how much alcohol you re intaking. Alcohol is high in calories, however moderate drinking can be good for your health. Stock your refrigerator with low-fat yogurt. Cut down 500 calories a day from your diet and eat yogurt three times a day for 12 weeks. It will help you lose more weight and body fat.

What can I do to SPEED UP WEIGHT LOSS? Tips to follow? Please!!? -

I m on a healthy weight loss programme this upcoming June.(No fasting or crash diets!!)These are a few things I have researched on and will be incorporating in my plan:(Use them too if you like!)-Drink enough water (approx 8 glasses)-Exercise in the morning after eating a portion of your breakfast-Weight Training before Cardio workout-4 small meals throughout the day-Green Tea-Enough Sleep***HELP!!***Please include any other tips that you think might be helpful. Any at all! I really need this to work. I want a healthier and fitter body!Thank you so much and God Bless!

green tea.and REST. you might be overtraining.

If you are serious about healthy eating, fat loss, and body tone up, I have a program that will give you the body of a fitness model. It is a 4 months program that I made for my best friend to get her ready for her wedding. You can repeat the program as many time as you want or until you achieve your goal. With in the program you will find answer to many confusing questions. It is free. If you are interested you can email me at crazyeddie8228 at yahoo, and I will reply with the program.

Just this: Don t over-do it or stress too much about it!Plus, if you make your plan too rigid, you ll end up loathing the plan :SGive yourself time on it ie don t just get up one day and go *clicks fingers* right. Water. Glass 1. Breakfast... let s go run now... home. glass of water, no wait, tea... etc. Keep it a little bit flexible! Also, don t be too hard on yourself. Criticism = Stress = loss of motivation = give up.You WANT: structure, supportive, subtle and systematic.Good luck with your plan!Hannah x

All of that things you already have metioned sounds really awesome :D.A tip would be make breakfast and lunch you big meals, and dinner should be closer to a snack. Cause its in the morning and lunch when you need enrgy (you hardly need any before bed whenyour gonna sleep).:D. good luck!

drink coffee before cardio. this will give you more energy and you ll burn more calories without getting so tired.

Natty, I ve had good success losing weight with tea for the last 3 years. I ve recently found my favorite. Try it yourself. http://www.goodinternetdeals.com/Weight-Loss-Tea.html

Im 9 stone / 126 pounds, and 16, am i over weight? -

When i was younger, i was quite skinny, as i did a lot of exercise, however, when i started puberty at about 12, and got my first pirod, around that time, i started to gain a lot more weight. I know this is usal, and its called puppy fat, but i did gain quite a lot. Furthermore, i lost my father to cancer a months befre turning 12, so i started comfort eating. I ve gone from being slim, to cubby, to now, i feel i could loose some weight.I am constantly told by my mum, i look fine and have a good figure, but i dont feel i do, and its starting to really effect me.I weight about 9 stone, which is 126 pound, and am about 5 ft 4/ 5, my waist can varie from a 26 on a very bloated period day, to a 24, maybe 23 3/4 on skinny days.Am i over weight, i want an outsiders oppion. Also if you could give me any weight loss tips.Thanks.

Not at all...you re actually right in the range of a healthy weight for your height. For a female at 5 4 , your typical weight range is from 115-135. You re fine. If you would like to tone up, try taking up an exercise regimen. Cardio 3xs a week for 30 minutes. It ll tone up your puppy fat. But in my opinion, you sound ok.

Ur not overweight at all. Ur actually fit!!! Do u work out?? Maybe after u work out, u can eat a little bit after that!!! U don t wanna get skinny now!! OH MY GOSH!!! I m so sorry that ur dad died of cancer!!!! My dad has lung cancer now too.

You do know what weight doesn t determine whether or not you re fat...As long as you have no cellulite and/or flab hanging out, you re not fat

Start a routine of comfort activity. You are not technically overweight, but you are pushing the limits of ideal weight for your height... Find an activity that you enjoy doing... Maybe several ...walking with a friend. swimming dancing are my choices... Many young women start to gain weight in their teens because they become a lot less active than they were as children... Many young women feel that sports are just not lady-like or cool.... however.... if you enjoy good food and want to look and feel your best phyiscal activiy will help you achieve those goals...

How to lose weight??? -

I know theres a lot of questions like this but mines is kind of different. I don t really like going on the treadmill. It just gets so boring and i can t really go to the gym since i have school and a job. I just want some weight loss tips that will help me lose weight. I know drinking a lot of water, eating fresh fruits and vegetables, and exercising will help but what else? what kind of exercises, etc. And also some exercises with how many sets, how many days a week and all that info will help. HELP

You need to make sure you have all these things dailya multivitamin6 8oz glasses of water5 servings of fruits and vegetables3 oz of meat2 dairy products (ice cream and frozen yogurt not included)2 tsp of a healthy oil (canola, olive, safflower, sunflower or flaxseed)and eat whole grains If you just walk for 30 mins per day that should take it off and keep it off

Walking can help a lot...I lost a lot of weight by just walking a lot. I d walk around a lake at least twice a day depending on how big or small it is. You don t have to walk every day...maybe take one or two days off or go light a few days. Drink lots of water even though I know you already said that. Maybe buy a DVD with a weight lifting program...nothing fancy, just cardio and a little weights and buy some 5 0r 10 pound weights and use that.

its 90 percent about what you eat and 10 percent about exercise along with eating good, dont eat as much, i mean dont starve yourself but when you think your hungary your really not and if you really are just drink a glass of water and next time your hungary eat an apple. just dont eat as much and take walks everyday walking is the same as running as long as you walk fast.

Just go for a walk, for 30 to 60 min a day, it will tone your whole body, do it for 30 days, ,, but you have to do it

Losing weight takes time and the right knowledge. Here is a great article that helped me out that will no doubt help you out...http://www.truthaboutabs.com/lose-stomacEnjoy!AviB

Have you tried this workout program? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr

Use the links below to check out these sites. They will give you lots of valuable information and weight loss tools to help you with what you need to lose weight

If you don t like the treadmill, walk/run around your neighborhood instead. To lose weight, you need to do cardio. Walking, biking, jogging, dancing, and swimming are some examples. To build muscle, you have to work on your muscles, but I m not really an expert on those exercises. Also make sure you re getting whole grains and lean proteins, too. Eat a big breakfast and a light dinner. You should work out as many days a week as you can, but don t over work yourself. Keep up with your grades and your work first =)

To achieve any weight loss, you really need to excercise and eat an overall healthy diet that consist of complex carbohydrates (whole wheat foods that would be great for fiber and needed nutrients), lean protein to help build muscles and repair your body, and good amounts of fat for energy and needed nutrients the body needs that your body cannot create on its own. By eating every 4 or 5 hours (having 4 or 5 smaller meals instead of 3 big meals), it helps to keep your sugar levels balanced and prevent dips. Then you are more likely to take in less calories throughout the day.By making a few adjustments to your current diet (such as switching to water in place of juice and soda, etc, snacking on fruits and raw veggies instead, chosing whole grain products instead of enriched foods, etc) can also help you to shed some weight (depending on how your current diet is). Also cooking healthier (using a cook spray, switching to olive oil, grilling and steaming more often than pan frying and deep frying, etc.) And to help lessen your sweets consumption, try at least limiting yourself to only 2 or 3 a day. And try having healthier sweets like yogurt, all fruit frozen bars (some are only 90 calories each, and with calories so low, that a treat you could possible have each day), jello, 90 calorie or lower pudding cups, fruit, and low calorie ice cream bars (such as skinny cow, weight watchers, etc.)If you try interval cardio training and some weight lifting/resistance training, not only will you lose weigh, but you will also help your body become more leaner and tone looking and your core will become stronger.Try doing some ab work and don t forget to work out your obliques (your love handles )Also because muscle does weigh more than fat, you may be heavier essentially, but leaner too. Eventually the more muscles you will build, the more weight you can burn. More muscles will help you burn more calories at rest. And then eventually the fat/weight will come off... but everything takes time. Remember, it is possible to be leaner and stronger, but weight more. But don t give up and stay motivated... we all hit plateus. Also remember, that every one is a different individual and that we all lose weight from different places at different times. Your body choses when it is time, just be patience. And please note that if you try to lose a lot of weigh in a short amount of time, your body will really go through some health problems. Some risks could be that your hair may grown thinner, your periods may not be regular anymore (which is not a good thing), and your stomach system will be working slower, etc.Realistically, if you lose weigh the heathy way, then 1 to 2 pounds per week is a reasonable amount per week. Anything more, may be due to water loss or you have decided to go the other route and lose weigh by starving yourself.Remember that the number on the scale doesn t define you... you define you. The scale can t tell you how great you look in your jeans or how you feel... so don t rely so heavily on that scale. Our bodies s weight constantly fluctuates all the time... so it isn t always so reliable.

Can you help with some weight loss tips? -

I m asking the people who have had experience or someone who knows what they are talking about. I don t want to hear dumb or rude comments.Ok so I currently weight 130 and I am 5 5 and I want to weight about 110 and I need some advice on how I can lose weight in a healthy way. I don t have a lot of money so I can really get a gym membership and eat as healthy as I would like to. It s pretty cold where I live right now and I don t want to run or jog outside because it s way to harsh on my lungs. I want to lose this by may if I can.So yeah any tips would be great I would very much appreciate it :)

I have not had experience with weight-loss (never been overwieight) but I have had an interest in health for many years and read a lot of books on it.The main dietary contributor to overweight is refined sugar and carbohydrate. This was reported to US government by a committee set up to inquire on heart disease. Later, in the late 60s/early 70s, when obesity was seen to be a problem, the fallacy that fat was directly responsible for overweight was propagated by government programs and dominated for decades after. Fat is quite healthy and does not necessarily convert to body fat after being digested. Therefore, avoid processed foods, which tend to be sweetenned/flavoured with sugar and tend to be made up of processed carbohydrates. Potato chips, meusli bars, breakfast cereals, bottled fruit juices, biscuits, cakes, bread, pasta, soft drinks, alcohol etc. There are a wide range of such foods, many of which you would not suspect - even many foods sold as health foods . Read labels. Many savoury foods have sugar added, since salt and sugar are combined to provide a balance of flavour - this is the case with processed bread (white and wholemeal ).This means a diet of meat, vegetables and fruit - being careful about what sauces and dressings etc you add to them, since they usually contain added sugar and other fattenning ingredients. Well cooked meals require less flavouring from condiments. Cook at low temperatures for longer periods, since it is high temperature, not cooking time (within reason) which destroys nutrients, evapourates natural flavours and makes meat go tough and vegetables go soggy.some vegetables and grains are not recommended for dieters, sushc as potatoes and rice, since they elevate blood sugar too readily and tend to contribute to fat. They also become less digestible when left to cool after cooking.I suggest you snack on fruit if you become hungry between meal times. Fruit is filling, so you won t need to eat a lot of calories. Fruit also contains the right kinds of carbohydrates - the kind which do not elevate your blood sugar quickly or contribute to body fat, and which also give you quick and sustained energy. Having more energy, you will more readily do more exercise - to burn fat. This will prevent you from craving refined carbohydrates and sugar - which you do when you go without food.Exercise burns fat, so you should find some activity which you can afford the fees for and can do indoors. Even budling up and going for long, brisk walks would be something (you ll warm up after 20 minutes). Perhaps you could get a physical job or get involved in some physical voluntary work. Perhaps offer to mow lawns and such for people you know, if that doesn t sound ridiculous.

go up and down the stairs a lot. sit ups. push ups. pilates are good, so is yoga. try to eat smaller portions and not empty calories. it helps if try to make everything you eat worth something to your body. [so dont eat a box of cookies, maybe just one=] carbs are ok but dont eat too many of them. try to eat a balanced diet. vegetables are great too! [celery has negative calories by the way]

Do you have cable? There is a channel called fittv and they air workout shows like yoga, aerobics, body conditioning and even belly dancing. i use it and its great you can always tape a show and do them later when you have time.Good luck.

Here is where you can read a good article called Top Ten Principles and Tips for Weight Loss http://www.weightlossfatloss.us/ten_weigThey are good tips that work.

yoga or pilates, burrow tapes from the library.

Schedule an appt with your doctor. Ask them if you can have a B12 shot once or twice a month until you lose the weight you want. This will help with your energy and metabolism levels. Also purchase some B6 pills, potassium gluconate pills, and an appetite suppressant that works for you. I used phentermine, but is RX only and HAS to be monitored by a doctor because of its history of possible heart attacks. Be sure to try your hardest to stick to a low calorie diet as well. All of these together will boost your ability to lose the weight... and FAST!! My first week on this plan I lost 13.5 pounds.

Weight loss tips anyone? -

im 5 7 and weigh 192. i want to weigh like 130 by summer. any tips on dieting and sticking to it. i usually only tend to stick to diets like for 1 week but i go to the gym everyday for school

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 19 inches in 9 days. I continued and lost 29 pounds in a month. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc. These toxins enter our bodies and get stored in our fat cells. To shrink the fat, we need to get rid of the toxins through cleansing. The program also has a natural diet pill to help your metabolism and curb cravings. It works and it works fast. My skin has improved from the cleansing. It is pricey but worth it! I think cleansing is really important to health and weight loss. Call the toll free 1-877-587-4647 Give it a try and good luck! http://diet4cleansing.tripod.com

you should not eat any kind of bread, pasta, rice, potatoes etc.Because of the carbohydrates. You should also try to do cardio workouts at least 2 or 3 times per week. And finally drink plenty of water.

eat healthy burn more calories than you eat.the only way.

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day green tea speeds up your metabolismdrink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day.do not snackdo not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3if you are really hungry and you ve had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a dayget more active get more sleep it prepares your bodystretch, yes it works and it doesn t just help you lose weight it helps with you re growing to make you a little tallercount your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per daychange you re lifestyle it makes a differencedo not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein barsavoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry itchew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you re cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum awaydo not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you re food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you re stomach as you eat.do not eat before you go to sleepdrink a glass of water before you go to sleepdrink plain hot kettle water because it speeds up you re metabolismdo not weigh you re self everyday because it torments you, weight you re self once a week ( every Monday )good luck!you can safley lose 2 to 3 lbs. a weekalso for abs try, lay on your back, put your hand over your head on the floor you can even hold on to something heavy to keep you down and then lift your legs up and down it burns but it works really good! 3

(01) Don t skip ANY meals including breakfast.(02) Eat fruits and veggies between meals.(03) Drink water, diet tea or sugar-free water-based drinks (i.e. Crystal Light)(04) Eat foods loaded with lean protein and fiber.(05) Find ways to sneak exercise into your workday (i.e. take the stairs instead of the elevator).

I understand, I also start diets extremely motivated but then my love for food just takes over and I give up.. I think the best way to stay motivated is set a goal for yourself like lose 5 pounds by a certain date..and then another..don t look at your long term goal only you will lose trackits tough to stay motivated, maybe keep a picture of yourself that you are embarassed of and buy a pair of pants that are a size to small..that works for me
