Why do men lose weight faster than women? -

My friend stopped eating after 8pm and stop drinking beer and junk without working out and lost 15lbs in 2 weeks. I did the same thing and lose 1lbs. No fair why does that happen.

Men don t have the fat storage that women have because women need some fat storage for childbearing. That s why women gain weight in their stomach, hips, butt and thighs but men just seem to get bigger bellies when they put on weight.

because they have more muscle mass naturally and when you have more muscle you burn more fat.

Men are bigger and more muscular, so, on average, they have faster metabolisms. Hey, 1 lb is something! Keep it up, lol!

Swiming burns a crap load of calories, a lot more than running. Swiming makes you use your mussels in a way no other sport does. I love swiming and do it almots every morning. It helps me stay at a healthy weight. You have to ACTUALLY SWIM, you cant just float on you back an call it swiming, that wont do anything, and nothing will happen. But of course, you will have to start eating healther as well. You cant go any where by relieing on exersize alone. Find healthy substiutes for the foods you eat. Pick chicken rather than a hamburger, or a salad instead of slaw. Look for better items on a fast food menu, seems like they are starting to add healther items to it. The more you eat healthy foods, the more you body stars to crave them. It does get eaiser, you have my word. Try it, see what happens. Keep going and don t quit!!
