The best way for a 13 year old to lose weight fast!? -

im not fat or over weight but i do want to lose weight on my lower stomach and thighs and calves.Hope you can help :)

Hi im 15, and im exactly the same as you !!im not overweight but ive always wanted to tone my stomach up and lose weight on my thighs and calfs!ive started doing an exercise DVD 3 times a week, and i do 30 sit ups in the morning and 30 at night.if you find it hard to do sit ups just do half sit ups.Then i try to eat healthily but i cant always lol, it seems to be working though, my thighs already seem more tonedthe DVD i use is charlie brooke s it is quite old now thoughgood luckxxx

Best way is a good diet of portioning correctly and exercise. It must be routine. And trust me you don t want to lose it fast. You could end up with sagging skin. You d be amazed at how routine exercising and portioning can shape you up.

working out regularly and watching what you eat. cutting down carb. (fast food and unhealthy foods) and start adding more vegies, fruits. You have got to work really hard to lose weight fast. start running. it is great and the only way you can lose weight fast because it is a full body workout. running is the best. I lost a lot of weight by just running and eating healthy. run for like at least 45 min, three days a week. it works awesome.

Ummmm......you weigh 120 lbs? You don t need to lose ANY weight, unless you are only 4 feet tall. Then you d be pudgy. LOLRemember after you have a baby---even just one baby....you will NEVER look the way you did before you got pregnant. That baby stretched out everything (and I don t mean just skin) evn your hips are wider. That never goes back.

120 pounds is not bad after a baby? why are you so concerned? how tall are you? i was told breastfeeding will help loose some pounds as your body uses the fat to make and keep milk, and you use up more calories

breastfeeding.....I lost all pregnancy weight by four months post delivery (gained some back) but I attribute it all to breastfeeding.

120 does not sounds heavy to me. Here is what I did after I had my son.....WORKED HARD! I busted my butt worked out hard and watched my diet... took me nearly a year to get back to my normal size. After a child... your body changes... you have to accept your new curves and work hard to tone what you can.
