How to lose weight in one month? -

I m 15 years old my weight is 127 lbs and my height is 4 9 ..I am fat! And I wonder what s the best way to lose weight in one month? But eeh..the problem is i m like forgeting always that i m dieting or something..and i m really lazy.. And i need some motivation..SO HELP!!! I m so desperate!... PLEASE I Need the best tips you ve got!

One way to loose weight is to keep a food journal. By keeping one, you understand where you fall and keep track of what you ate that day. You could also buy a book that has records of all the calories food has in it. One book I liked was called Calories, Fat, and Carbohydrate by the Calorie King. He gives you a list of how many calories food has, how much fat it is, protein and fiber included. It even includes a section of how many calories a meal has if you go out to eat.A good start for a girl would be to have 1200-1500 calories a day. Keeping track of how many grams of fat also helps. A girl whose below or around five feet can have 30 grams of fat eat day. Exercise is also necessary even if it is just walking around the block. Walking the daily 10,000 kilometers is good. Besides cardio, weight training is important because you burn fat even when you are sleeping. It will keep you toned and fit. If you are not used to exercising just start of slowly, like going to the gym with a friend three to four days a week for an hour. You can eat anything, but everything in moderation. You can also buy little measuring cups to measure how much to put it. If you are still hungry drink more water. Always drink lots of water. Fiber is also important because it helps with the digestion, you should at least have 30 grams of fiber a day.Don t say you are on a diet, it might sound like you are depriving yourself. So think of this as a game and once a week you can cheat. Having friends to support you is also helpful. If you are having a hard time, just get back on track. Just remember seeing yourself in the future reaching that goal. If you stick to this you will have great results.

duuddee screw that girl that said your nearly obese.fcker.anyway, diets dont work. as soon as you quit that thing, you eat and gain right back. what you have to do is CHANGE your whole way of eating. its easy!i m going to assume you eat a lot of junk food or overeat.what you have to do is only eat until your full. thats it.start eating when your feeling hungry, and stop as SOON as you realize your full. juts because the food is in front of you, doesnt mean you have to eat it.

You need a meal plan! Have 6 grains, 2 dairy, 3 fruits, 2 veggies, and 2 sweets, fatty acids [butter, sweetners, etc.] a day! Than do some really easy yoga stretchs [this will gain muscle, which will make your mebtablisom higher, which will burn more calories]. Than start doing more at home work outs, and than start walking about 30 minutes everyday! try that! :-) it worked fro my mom

you re nearly obese .. if u put a couple more lbs on ur probably gonna be obese keep that in mind

How to lose weight/build abs and muscles? -

Im about 5 1, 170 lbs, and im only a 14 yr old male :(i want to lose some weight, and build some musclewhat could i do?

Weight loss is an overall process. You need to think about many factors. There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. This is what has worked for me.Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.Make a few additional small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Sometimes you can find mini-steppers or exercise bikes at second hand stores and thrift stores for just a few dollars.Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can t get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one. In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate - in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies. Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day. Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body. An area that many people overlook is getting enough sleep. You are much more likely to overeat or to binge eat if you are tired and not well rested, so get enough sleep.Check out websites about nutrition, exercise, weight training, etc. Here are a few helpful links.http://www.nutrawatch.com/http://www.caloriesperhour.com/http://www.helpguide.org/life/healthy_eahttp://www.wikihow.com/Lose-Weight-the-Hhttp://weightloss.about.com/cs/fitness/ahttp://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/fe

eat six small meals a day (veggies, fruits, whole grains, lean meats)be confident! you can do this, exercise up to 5 times a week, (weight training AND cardio) that s really important to get in both!tip: running is the fastest way to lose weightgoood luck

How to Lose Weight But Minimize Muscle Growth? -

I m 18, female, but I get muscle EXTREMELY easily.Whenever I clean my house (vacuum, holding heavy objects, etc.) my muscles get enormous. My arms were nice before, but now, when I hold them up, I have really really MANLY shoulder muscles. It s gross.I m afraid running will do that to my legs (I get muscles from climbing up stairs).Spare me the muscles are beautiful and cherish your body psychobabble crap, please. It s disgusting. How do I stop this while still exercising?

See a fitness instructor, they usually know which execises increase muscles and which ones help lose weight. For example, walking on an even surface helps lose weight but going up the stairs increases muscle. Good luck X

No do cardio and stop doing weightsur doing resistaance without knowing it so u need to do cardio

The only way to lose weight is to cut down on fast food, junk food, sweets, and sodas. If you re a female that gets big muscles easy, you may have a medical problem that needs to be looked into.

Stop excercising

do pilates!!!

okay so you don t want to hear that muscle is beautiful how about the fact that muscle mass burns WAY more calories than any other type of body tissue..to avoid looking overly cut, do exercises that are low resistance. runnung can build muscle and it can degenerate your knee joints an eliptical machine is better than running for both of those reasons.

Do your daily housework still but then also do some plain old walking. Don t take on a routine that builds muscle. I can t either because I m in the same boat as you with this. One bit of advise I did receive recently was to stay away from red meat because of the iron/protein content builds the muscles. I ve never known this until last week.

low weight, lots of reps will help you lose body fat and make you look cut. but your muscles shouldn t get any bigger just more defined. diet and lots of reps in your best bet.

Walking is a great exercise for losing weight. Where I work we have to park at the very end of the parking lot, and it is a really big parking lot. I lost six pounds and I ve only been working there almost 3 months.

wow, im jelouse. im the exact opposite. but i think you should just start with walking for a bout an hour. than if thats working start jogging. if thats too much stick with the walking

I only get muscles on the weight bearing exercises. Like lifting weights or something.Do arobics, dance er cises. Run, they don t get muscles.runners even men don t look to muscles.

Health flexibility endurance coordination strength and muscles are beautiful. Cherish your body.Get a lighter vacuum too. Eat more of the best vegetables - green and yellow leafy veges for the complex carbs you will eventually gain, and only a small adequate amount of organic beef or fish or skinless chicken or turkey, and some good oils such as olive oil. You must learn and follow good eating habits such as the diabetes association food pyramid that emphasizes veges - again eat the better ones not so much of the starchy corn and peas please. Check the Dr D Adamo site, son of elder Dr. D Adamo... www.dadamo.com which is not really proven to work but may prove to be effective some time after additional studies... Just consider the concept of right food for you, in right quantities. Decrease, minimize unneccessary stress. Get adequate rest and arrange your life to sleep at about the same time each night every night. Adequate pure water - lots of it - like several quarts or a gallon or more even in the winter, daily. Now, for exercise, yes, walk at an easy gait, a moderately fast pace. If you are presently heavy, do some walking anyway, but perhaps emphasize a lot of easy gentle moderate swimming laps. There isn t anything easier than light swimming and flat-surface biking that I can think of. Get onto more walking soon though and do walk at least 15 to 25 minutes daily when you are not carrying stuff and are relaxed. Early AM is really best if it is safe for you where you can walk undisturbed.

How to lose weight and get a toned body.? -

ok so ive been taking advice from other people and i its not working. what i want is to lose 40 pounds in 3 months and get a toned body. i don t want a 6 pack or anything but i would like to have a nice flat toned one. ALSO i don t want to use pills per say i just need a diet and exercise plan that will help me lose 40 pounds in 3 monthsthanks!

You need to exercise. Aerobic exercise like brisk walking or jogging is good as it burns calories and tones you lower body muscles. For middle and upper body muscle toning you can do sit-ups and lift dumbbells. And to lose weight the healthy way, eat Negative Calorie Foods . Negative Calorie Foods are those kinds of food that uses up more energy than the calories they provide so, the net effect is negative(less than zero) calories added to the body. So, you can eat more and still lose weight.Examples of these kinds of food are: asparagus, beet, broccoli, green cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, celery, chili pepper, cucumber, dandelion, endive, garlic, green beans, zucchini, onion, radishes; and for fruits: apple, cranberries, grapefruit, lemon, mango, orange, pineapple, raspberries, strawberries, tangerine, papaya. These foods are also called fat-burners. They metabolize the calories from even the other foods you eat. More info from source: http://loseweightsite.net

Hi,I know what you going throuht. I got married two years ago and was really worried about my size. Im 5feet 9inch, and I weighed 195lbs. Leading up to the wedding I tried a few diets (atkins etc) but nothing really stuck and I felt crap. Anyway I received this e-mail about losing belly fat, I m usually very sceptical about this sort of thing but I went to the website and got alot of useful information. I ended up buying the book and I can honestly say it was one of the best things Ive ever done. It showed me tecniques id never heard of and had some fantastic diet advice, all in all I lost 35lbs in four months. During this I felt satisfied with what I was eating and the excercise program seemed quite easy. I still do most of it now and feel fantastic. I know you said that you dont want a six pack but I actually end up with one.Anyway try this and I really hope it works for you. www.muscle-healthandfitness.com
