What is the best weight loss program? -

Should I join Weight Watchers, Jenny Graig, Nutri System, Glendora or Tops? I am female, 41, 5 3 and weigh 175 lbs. Am I fat? Please help.

Yes you are overweight, but don t worry. Just join a gym and start working out. Also you don t need to join any of those weight loss diet plans. Just go on a low carb diet. Eat fish, vegetables, meat, chicken, steak, eggs, cheese and only drink water. You will lose weight.

You are not really fat , just chubby.Try Weight Watchers, they have a short program and great support network.

Not very much.Try a program that suits your lifestyle. It s all mental and follow through.

take low fat, low carb diet. add apple juice n fruits instead n green leafy veg, brocelli substitute for fatty foodsn walk. see a change in a week . n yes drink 2 litrs of water atleat a day. dont take liquid with food, no banana shakes, mango shakes. good luck

I am thinking about joining a weight loss program for 16 weeks for 999.00 dollars? -

She was a miss bikini america and will give me 3 personal emails a week also exercise plan and a fitness program and a weekly teleseminar for just members of the program. The most important thing it can give me is accountability.I think that with t knowing I am spending that much even though I could save it for some debts is just what I need . I think this maybe the plan I need to start to get me the confidence and make me feel better about myself. The only thing that is holding me back is the cost and not having it in person but with emails its almost like being there in person.what do you think?I know for a fact that this program is not a scam if anyone is wondering that.

Pay your bills!!! Please. Don t do it. Think about it. with that money you could buy a treadmill ( I bought mine for less than 500dl) and exercise and it will last more than 16 weeks. Now if you spent that money your bills will just pile up and will drive you to eat extra just for the stress that you are going to be in. Eat healthy, exercise, and don t make somebody else rich on your behalf.

What a SCAM. You must be joking. Trust me, I have spent a fortune in the past on weight loss plans and gym memberships. A FORTUNE. It never helped me at all. I still didn t do it. I didn t lose the weight until I was ready to do it. Then I needed no help at all. I had all the motivation I needed because I was ready. Little Miss Bikini America has NEVER been overweight in her life.Go to Weight Watchers. Save your money.

no way...you can do it for free. or at least less than $1000. and i doubt youll really have any idea whos emailing you!seriously, if you want it bad enough you can do whatever your trying to do thru a gym. id never spend on a personal trainer, but id rather spend to work out with someone in person than for a teleseminar. and save money. since there is little to no human contact in this program, why dont you just try it on your own? you can do it.

To be honest I would not bother, it would be cheaper and better if you join something like Weight watchers-UK, and go to your local gym to get a personnel trainer, they also do a menu to help you lose weight, DON T WASTE YOUR MONEY-IT SOUNDS GOOD, BUT I THINK ITS A CON..

your better off buying fitness video s and do it at home cause that would save you money and you wouldn t have to come out the pocket as much when you can do it

Go buy yourself some healthy food with that money. Healthy food is expensive (i.e. brown rice mroe expensive than white).Getting in shape should not cost money, except for the gym membership.

I ll do the same thing for you for half the price.I suggest you save your money and get a book like YOU: On a Diet or something and follow along. There are many online message boards for weight management if you want connect with people.

More than $60 a week? My family Y membership costs less than that for a YEAR. Nice work if you can get it. I think I need to be a fitness and weight loss consultant. I wonder how many gullible people there really ARE out there?

go ahead... blow all your money.with that money go join a gym and get a personal trainer.

That s a lot of money for 16 weeks. You could just as easily do Weight Watchers for $11 a week, see a real person, have accountability and personal guidance AND emails. And you know, these are not really personal emails she is sending you. I would not do it.

before going to extremes in costs - try Weight Watchersor http://sparkpeople.comits FREE. and both show you how to eat healthy, and at sparkpeople, there is a lot of support for the food part, as well as exercise.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water. It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me. Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!http://www.calorieking.comA sight with some really cool diet calculators and interesting calorie counting calculators is here. Check it out.http://www.caloriesperhour.com/Check out my before and after pic at my yahoo 360 pagehttp://profiles.yahoo.com/gorillamykeStay motivated, and get up and walk every day. I seriously lost all my weight starting off my day on my walk. Good LUCK!

Why waste the money?Eat healthy, drink plenty of water, and exercise. Almost all programs are scams, if you want help setting up a deit/exercise program, contact me, a doctor or a personal trainer at a gym. And any of those will be A LOT cheaper than 1000 dollars. Join a gym for that kind of money.

I say save your money. The only thing that can really hold you accountable is you. I have lost 170 lbs. It cost me the price of a mom and pop gym membership and dedication.

I would totally take that money and higher a personal trainer that goes to your house. Why waste it on someone who is only going to communicate with you through e-mail.

why with money.you may do it without spending a single penny simply doing a yoga exercise pranayam..kapalbhatiin morning or evening for 15 to 40 min.and see the resuelt.

Sounds like a lot of money to me. You could most likely find a progam just as good for a lot less money. Good luck.

HOLY CRAP!!! there is no way, unless you have the money to blow... but heres a good exercise plan... eat alot of Fiber, NO sugar!, only water, and sometimes juice, or tea... eat 2-3 meals a day without snacks... dont not eat... and EXERCISE at LEAST 3 times a week... if you have no motivation find somebody that will get you started
