im a thick girl meaning i have big thighs and hips...i really want to lose weight fast mainly in my thighs...and arms...i never have time to exercise and i dread running..i really do..will workout dvds be as effective as regular exercise? o ya im taking acai trim to assist me : -D

There is tons of food/snack food that are low fat/calories you just have to look a little bit harder. Ive just now started walking on the treadmill too, usually about 1 or 2 miles a day. That s all for work outs, haha. I limit myself to 1000 calories a day. So far i tend to lose round 5 LBs a week.
