Whats a pill that assists in losing weight fast? -

I m not really big, but I can t seem to lose the extra 5-10 lbs off my thighs/butt that I want to. I have been on a fairly strict diet and I exercise about 1/2 hour every day. It s just not working for me. Is there a pill or something that will boost weight loss. Nothing too expensive though, I don t want to spend more that about $15

None. Just diet and exercise.

No pill on earth will help you to lose weight from a particular area of the body. I m afraid it all comed down to correct exercise. There are many sites on the net that will show you the correct exercises to get you into the right shape. Hips and thighs are always popular.Doing exercises and taking exercise are two different things but both are good for you so why not hook up with a friend and do them together. It will be a good laugh and the more that you do it the more you will want to. I m sure its addictive, good for networking and meeting new people. Good Luck.

Instead of thinking about pills why not think about upping your exercise routine to an hour a day?? That may do more good than any number of pills which you can t even get one of for $15.The main reason any of those pills seem to work is that they rely on food plan and exercise and if you don t do that you waste your $$$. They also keep changing the name and formulation of the things, so what do you think? I don t think they work.Just up the exercise to an hour every day and see if that doesn t get those last pounds off. But girlfriend!! you do realize that we all hit a plateau where it doesn t seem to matter what we do? those pounds won t budge nor will the inches??? and it might be too that you can t lose any more as that is all muscle now, not fat!

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it. Then also try to find a well balance diet program. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days. It might be the thing you are looking for, I know it s well balanced. If you want e-mail me and I can tell you more about either of these.

PILLS DO NOT WORK!I say this day in and day out, but people still ask. Just add a few minutes into your excercise regime, that s all. If you re desperate, Weight Watchers really makes a difference. Losing five or ten pounds will take as long as your body naturally wants it to and you ll probably keep it off if you stick to your regular diet.Sue, who answered two after me, has a really good point. The last paragraph or so is really accurate. I m not saying the rest of her answer isn t, but the last paragraph stood out to me.

I think they should ban diet pills. What you lose from them you will just gain back anyway. If you are interested in loosing weight you need to focus on eating low fat and calorie foods and make sure you get your fiber in and drink lots of water (6 to 8 cups a day). Also you need to think of it as a lifestyle change and not a diet. And Exercise Exercise Exercise. Atleast 30 minutes a day.

be really careful about the pills you take! many of them aren t very good for you. I take a hoodia supplements with natural caffeine from green tes (its about $10 for a 30 day supply). Take it a few minutes before you work out. its an appetite suppressant and will also give you an energy boost during your work out. you could also kick your working out to 45min a day. are you running? b/c as much as hated getting started, cardio is the best way to melt off those last few pounds. good luck!

Just keep exercising. Don t try pills, they will just make you go to the bathroom...alot! Eat right, watch your portions and your calories and keep exercising. It will come off. Look on the web for exercises that are specifically for those problem areas. It will work, I promise!

i sudjest lipo suction it s fast, easy and the weight will never return. after that get a tummy tuck so you won t eat as much as you used to. that or take up drugs. joking don t doit drugs are bad

It s probably better to drink one of those shakes like SlimFast. But beware when you stop drinking it regularly, the weight supposedly comes right back.

Change your exercise routine. If you are doing the same exercises every day, your body gets used to it and doesn t burn as many calories. Stay away from diet aids . They will only make you sick.

Try Phenocal .

its called exercise. no wait, its running. no maybe cardio. i dont know

those pills get you mor diseases. it s best to lose weight naturally

alli..... but idk how much it is. i dont think you could get anything under 15..
