I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST? -

I am 14 weigh 121.5lbs and am desperately wanting to lose weight to be a model I will do anything just not the acai berry crap because im 14 and will not be able to get it. My height is 5 6. How much do you think I need to lose I want to lose around 15lbs

I feel your pain. Losing weight at your age is very easy all you have to do is go out side and find a sport you can comit to with your friends. Give it 2 months and you will drop pounds.Keep your head upMerry Christmas

Exercise 2 - 3 times a week at least.Reduce Calorie intake.Eat food that speeds up your metabolism.Also try to do cardiovascular activity during the week, some say before you eat because it burns the fat as energy rather than food.

drop eating all the junk food. eat food with protein and vitamins. work out. uhm. thats about it(: goood luck.

Try to just lose water weight, Do that by sweating ALOT

How to lose weight fast??? -

Ok im 12 and i weigh about 198 puonds 5 foot 4 or 5 foot 5 something like that and i really hate exercising but i guess thats my only choice.....can anyone PLEASE!!!!! help me lose weight because im desperate i really need some help!!!!!!

Run around the house, play ball in the backyard, go buy a soccer ball. Excersise can be fun yah know! No more junky food. Fruits/veggies and a whole lot of water. Cut out soda and jucies with a lot of sugar. If you don t like water try some crystal light(the ones that you put in water) or even Vitamin Water. No fast food! I know how hard that can be but soda and fast food are probably the biggest problem. Don t think of it as a diet, but as a lifestyle.

Hey, Sound a lot like i use to be. I was 15-17yrs old, my highest was about 225 lbs. Which wasn t good. I was, let s say a fat azz. But my main change came when i felt i was beautiful, and not treated myself like the big girl i was.The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i m going pretty well if i don t say myself. 90 LBS isn t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. since you are young, diet doesnt matter. Just exercise.

well ur still pretty young so u can still go out and play(well kinda). physical activity will help u lose some of that weight. also watch how and what u eat...cut back on bread. cut back on portions 2. eat less. but dont starve urself. also eat only when ur hungry and no junk(candy, chips etc.) and no soda! good luck! u can do it!
