What is a good way to lose weight fast? I need something to jumpstart my diet, after that I can do it alone.? -

I can do this on my own, I have before. I just need a good way to start off fast, I always do. I always do something to start me off with a quick weight loss of like 5lbs in a week. It s just a boost to help me out. Thanks!

I understand that men lose weight fast and easier than women because they have have more musxcle mass. So how fast can a woman lose weight with excersise and diet? On average.

I believe it is considerably harder for women to recuce weight than a man I remember reading 4 times as hard. So good luck.
