How to lose weight if excerising is out of the question? -

the apartments i live in are terrible. the gym is for 16 and older and ive already gotten a noise complaintother than dieting is there another way to lose weight fast?if theres nothing else can you give examples of what to eat on a diet

Just cause you can t use their gym doesn t mean exercising is out of the question. You hinted to being under 16- just go out and play. Start a sport. Run. Be creative.

well if exercising is out of the question then you can find a bunch of ways to lose unwanted weight.first ditch all those soft drinks if you havent already switch to water.eat more fruits and veggies than rice,noodles,bread,ect.try walking around the block or if you live in an apartment take the stairs instead of the elevator; your toning out your legs and shedding that unwanted fat.when i watch tv and a commercial comes on i do a few lunges, or push ups, jog in place until the show comes back on. its quick and its easy.if you want something sweet to snack on try vanilla yogurt topped with fresh fruit and honey granola.or try slices of apple with a bit of peanut butter.when you wake up stretch your body and muscles and jog in place for 2 minutes and do 15 lunges then go hit the shower and get on with your day.doing little things can help you lose weight so you dont need to go to a gym to do the same thing that you can do at home. whenever you can park a little ways and walk to your destination.take the stairs ( that helps a lot!)well i hope you find what you re looking for :)

Drink cold water and get outside and run. Just like in the military. In 8 weeks you won t know yourself.

What kind of excercies do i do to lose weight fast? -

i know all about situps and stuff but that doesnt work.... im also running everyday... but i need other excercises

you need to run for 30 mintues or longer to actually get into the fast burning mode. Pilates works great or try a bike ride.
