the only way that you are going to lose weight is to do a strenuous exercise for 30 mins and get your heart rate up where you are breathing hard. A great new exercise equipment that I use is called the arc trainer it s kinda like skiing and running. it s easy on your knees and back and it really gets you sweating. i do 30 mins 4-5 times a week. i have 80 lbs to lose and it took me about 2 months to start losing about a few pounds a week. it will work just keep working at it. don t get frustrated. keep going. you can do it!!!!!

Doesn t take girls to answer your question, and the answer is posted here dozens of times a day...you cannot target areas to lose weight. Period.You eat right and do cardio exercise to lose weight and burn fat. The fat comes from all over your body. There is NO way to target a specific area for fat burn.You CAN target tone muscle though. Exercises for certain body parts will tone or build muscle which will not only help you look better and be more fit, but also increase your metabolism (as more muscle means a faster metabolism). So, eat right and exercise for weight loss...lunges and squats and leg lifts will help firm those leg muscles if you want some tone to them. Good luck!
