i have a swimming party next weekend, and i need to lose a little belly fat before then. i need simple exercises that i can do at home. i can t really go on a diet, i just need some good exercises i can do easily.

Sit ups are the easiest way too lose weight fast, and the simplest. Just do 20-30 situps, once in the morning, and once at night. Thats the best thing to do.

You can t lose weight in a week if you re not overweight.If you just want to tone your tummy, try using the 8 minute abs videos. You can find it on YouTube, just search for it.

Try interval training, do your cardio work out for 5 mins at your usual pace then increase your speed to as fast as you can for a further minute, repeat this through your cardio as it helps to get over the plateau - also change your routine a bit, try different machines etc as your body and muscles get accustomed to what you usually do.Try low gi meals to get some great nutrition and sustain your through your workouts as well as keep you fuller for longer.Good luck :-)

well i have 1 that i know of.for breakfast: 1 slice of wheat toast with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and some green tea is only 155 calories and will help you feel a little bit more full so you will want to eat less.****Tip: If you eat your meals slower, you will feel fuller faster. I am 14 years old and I m trying to lose weight, I am an over all active person i just don t know how to lose weight quickly, I am trying to tone my body for summer.

hey... janet here.. hopefully my own personally story can be of some guidance/help to you..I m 5 8 and at the time I was about 220 lbs.. and was trying real hard to lose weight for almost 8 months... i just had a baby girl at the time.. and during my pregnancy i gained a tonnnn of weight and much of it stuck with me after she was born, and the hubby began getting on my case and bothering me non stop about my new weight problem... so after a few months of that, it really started getting to me, plus summer was about to get here- and i love the beach! At 15 you are still growing, so it could be that you are about to shoot up a couple of inches.Apart from weight control issues you are still not getting enough exercise, perhaps if you walk some of the way to school each day, progress takes time so be patient and persevere. You need someone who is an expert to help you through this. If you work with your doctor you can get a neat program started with physical therapy and a nutritionist. They will tell you what your body can handle. This may not be the fastest way but you know you have a serious respiratory issue and you can not get around that. You also sound like you are out of shape. It takes a fair amount of time to get your body in shape. The more monitored exercise and diet information you get the better you will be able to function. Having asthma doesn t mean a life sentence of being over weight and physically unfit. We have olympic athletes who have this disease. So it isn t impossible. The more physically fit you are the better your asthma will be in control.
