Tips from real people of how to lose weight? -

whats some real tips from real people who have actually lost weight? What actually works?and how long does it take to take effect?

Well my goal was to lose 20 Ibs. I did.What I did was do cardio for 1 hour. Then I went on a treadmill for an hour. I counted my calories. 1200 calories was the maximum of calories that I ate. So yes counting calories does help.I lost 20 Ibs in 2 months. It may be different for you. As we all know, its different for everybody.Good luck !

I ve been eating 6 small meals of high protein and high fiber... fruits and vegetables aswell... lots of water.Exercise in the morning evening.I ve been doing this for 3 months... went from 210 to my current weight of 184. I ve built a great upper body in the mean time... yay for muscles, pecs biceps. does eating under a certain number of calories a day help? yeah, it helps you become more conscious of what your eating.

Hello The best way to lose weight is exercise, diet and determination. I started with some small exercises just by walking to the shops and drank more water. They make a huge difference. If you want a quick boost get some of that Acai Berry stuff that everyones uses now. Worked really well for me in the start to get rid of 20lbs. How to lose weight outside? -

so im always stuck in my backyard..and theres never nothinq to do...my mother doesnt allow me to go anywhere else except for the backyard...i have scolliosis and my mother told me that i should lose weight to elliminate the pressure of the back brace..i play jumprope but it gets boring after a while...so i need other activities to do in the backyard that could help me burn lots of calories or lose weight..

Do squats and lunges take up running see in how short of time you can run around your backyard get a trampoline the possibilities are endless the best way is to get a pool and do laps or invite friends over for tag badminton soccer and other sports

How can my busy schedule help me to lose weight? -

I want to lose 30 pounds in 6 months but with my busy schedule I find it impossible to lose weight. I hardly find the time to exercise. The only exercise I get is swimming for 1/2 an hour twice a week during weekends. I tried cutting down calories but failed because I been working the whole day, it is impossible to eat 1200 calories a day. I work from 9am-7pm on weekdays and sometimes have to stay back late. Can anyone give me a good advice on how to lose weight fast?

It s easy when you re busy not to eat properly, as you grab snacks and fast food to fill you up. Try adding components of a healthy diet. As for exercise, get off the bus/tram/metro or park your car a bit away from the office, so that you ll walk for ten-fifteen minutes each way. Take the stairs, not the lift. Go for a walk in the park during your lunch break. Small changes will make a huge impact.

Well stay away from my diet, I m in school all day and don t find much time for eat or sleep. I have been looking at some old pictures of me and it kind of makes me sad how much my health has deteriorated.. bags under my eyes and I have lost a significant amount of weight... so basically if you want to lose weight.. you can go without eating but I can t gurantee you will look/feel much better about yourself. The best thing you can do for yourself is to run and eat as healthy as possible. Swimming is also great, it is known as one of the best exercises! Don t worry weight loss isn t done in a week but you will be very glad to have lost the weight!
