How can i lose weight fast?????????????????? -

ok i really really really need to lose weight by june with means i have only 2 months!!!! i weigh 159 and i need to get to 130 which means i need to lose 29 pounds ion two months i know its a lot but i ll do anything!! i mean i dont want to starve mself but my friend did and it worked..but i wont i just really need help and please dont tell me i can t even if i can lose 20 or 10 i ll be fine!! please!!!
