How many miles should i run to lose weight fast? -

To lose weight you re actually better off alternating between runnign and power walking every 5 mins or so20 minutes of alternating between the 2 has proven to show just as much weight loss as running for 40 mins straight

EAT! i know it sounds weird , but the advice to cut calories can be taken too far and your body will go into starvation mode and horde every calorie that enters your body- set eating goals like this: i will eat vegtables 3 times a day. i won t eat fried foods any more. i ll get a water botle and drink two or three of them a day. i ll try a fruit or vegatable i ve never eaten before this week... etc ... replace foods that you know are bad for you with foods you know are good for you. you need to do this incrementally- focus on making good choices and making them habits- there is nothing you can do that will change you overnight- any these get thin fast gimics are bad for you body and hurt your metabolism. THIS IS THE HARDEST PART OF LOSING WIEGHT- BUT IF YOU CAN DO IT YOU LL SUCCEED!!!2.Start running. Running is the best areobic excercise out there- it buns more fat and calories than any other excercise. also- its an easy one to do- all you need are tennis shoes and appropriate clothing. even if you start the habit of of walking as far as you can a day - then jogging- then running- working up to it.. you re going to see results- don t kill yourself out there working too hard- make it a special time- a time when you are doing something good just for you- and do it every day- then add in other types of excercise- what ever you like. these two things can be really hard- it involves breaking habits you know aren t good for you and replacing them with good healthy habits but this is the best (and dare i say only) way that you will see lasting results. at first your weight may not change as fast as you d like it to, but remember your building muscle and that weighs more than fat- but having more muscle means your metabolism goes up and you ll burn more calories just sitting there than you were before which will help you lose weight faster!which brings me to my next thing:3. work out with weights- now you can do this a bunch of ways. hand weights are wonderful and an inexpensive way to work out but learn about wieghts- how to use them properly so you don t pull a muscle- see the websites i list below... but you can also do things that take no weights at all like yoga, pushups, situps etc...i m doing it- i want to lose weight too- and since working out i can do more push ups than ever before- i can run longer and stronger than ever- and while i ve only lost 5 lbs my body is compleately changeing! i m down 2 dress sizes! remember working out not only helps you lose weight- but helps you create a strong sexy body- one that you can use and enjoy!you re young- you can do this!!!- and it only gets harder as you get older- start now- take it slow- develop good habits, and sooner than you d think you ll be much more comfortable in your body and healthier too! and please don t fall for get thin quick schemes- don t take pills or not eat good food- don t try atkins or any other crazy diet- they don t work, especially don t work in the long run- they only take your money, waste your time, and crush your hopes. don t go on a diet- change your lifestyle for the better!do it with your hard work and you will have something to be soo proud of!ps- tracking what you re doing makes it much more goal oriented- what i ve been doing is every sunday i write down in a journal my weight, AND my measurements- this way even when the scale doesn t budge i can see that my body is still changing and numbers are still going down- this got me through a good month or so when the scale didn t go down- even went up- but i was gaining muscle and losing inches off my waist and thighs- other wise i would have thought what i was doing wasn t working when it was! i was just gaining muscle- also find out what your BMI is- see the website below... good luck- i m pulling for you~

You shouldn t, loosing weight fast is dangerous, diet pills that say loose without anything are usually found to be unhealthy later, and either way you can loose as much by eating healthy, and exercise as taking anything. Extremes aren t good, life is better in the long run to loose about two a week. Better to spend a while now slow and healthy, than dying in a year from starving yourself, or hurting yourself in anyway. Not all people who are heavier eat a lot, just eat mutiple times a day, healthy foods, exercise some, and drink water. There are also health problems like thyroid that can make you gain wait, it s a good thing to talk to a doctor about checking for any of them. Weight although thought to be important by many has nothing to do with who the person is, you can be ok at your weight as a person.

Try to be more active by playing sports or even going outside to toss a ball around with some friends. For Christmas if you are going to get a video game get the Nintendo Wii and play their sport games standing up. If not then ask for some sports equipment. At the Age of 14 try not to stress to much about being on a strict diet and try to focus on having fun with sports.
