Whats the best way to lose weight? -

i want to lose weight fast and easy. whats the best way?

Exercise exercise exercise and eating a healthy low fat diet and you will look better and feel better...I did it and so can you.You go girl!!!

Fast is not best. So you have to pick one or the other.Best is to eat a healthy balanced diet, drink lots of water, and exercise regularly. For myself, when wanting to lose weight, I cut my calories to 1500 a day, and exercise at least 1 hour (sometimes 2) five days a week. Make this a lifestyle change...even when you reach your goal and up your calories to a level where you are no longer losing, keep eating healthy and keep exercising regularly (3 or 4 days a week). That s how you keep the weight off long term.Fast, is any fad diet or gimmick that will cause you to lose more than 4 lbs a week, and have you on an eating and/or exercise plan that you cannot and should not continue long term. Once you reach your goal and stop the diet guess what happens? The weight returns (and often brings friends )I ve done both...it gets very tiresome losing the same 10 or 20 or 50 pounds over, and over, and over again year after year. The lifestyle change is the much better choice...longer to get the desired result, but then you only have to do it once (if you are diligent).Good luck!

I just lost over 60 pounds (it did take a year though, dont expect anything to be magic) and all i did was walk 1-3 miles everyday and i didnt eat over 40 grams of fat a day and i stopped drinking pop. Pilates are great too - you dont even feel tired after those.

OK well the only way to do it is eat healthy and exercise!!To eat healthy:*5 small meals throughout the day (1200 calories a day)*include low fat dairy, Wholegrain breads/rice/cereal etc, lean meats, lots fruit and veg* stay away from sugary treats, fried foods, JUNK!*Drink plenty of water - 8 glasses a dayExercise:*choose exercises you enjoy *do at least 30-40mins 3 times a week of cardio (walk, run, bike, swim, etc)*Do one session of weight training (a little more muscle will speed up your metabolism and help you burn fat faster)Stay positive and motivated and keep your eye on the goal!Good Luck :)
