How do i lose weight fast?? and grow taller? -

i am 12 and im 5 feet and i weight 130. i know im not fat but i am chubby. and i also wanna grow taller...my dad is 6 4 and mym mom is 5 2 and im stuck short is their anyway i can grow tall like my dad?? even if im already 12 and short? i havnt hit my growspurt yet...i think.....please help!!

Ride a bike or something everyday. Pace yourself up the hills but dont stop even when your sweating. Cut off any junk food or sugar. Do 1 pushup today 2 pushups tomorrow 3 pushups the next and so on. I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart.However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. I know that this sounds like the worst answer ever but there is no way to lose weight fast and keep it off. Last March I started Weight Watchers and lost +/- 60 pounds during the course of a year. I suggest you try Weight Watchers and exercise (probably a lot of cardio). GOOD LUCK!!!

I lost 25 pounds on the south beach diet. It is like an adkins diet, but you can eat more fruits and a little more carbs. It worked for myself, and both of my parents. Hope I could help!
