Can u lose weight (fast or not) by doing weights and exercise? -

i want to lose weight in 4 months by just doing weights and exercise. is it possible to build muscle and lose weight at the same time?

u make muscles when u do weights and exercise but u will lose weight but also gain it.muscle weighs more than fat so when u get muscle u will probably weigh probably more than wat a bmi recommends but u have muscle so u will be healthier than having plain fat

How can you lose weight FAST without eating vegetables? -

so im trying to lose 20 lbs. and eat healthier. but i HATE vegetables. like even if i force myself to eat it, i gag on it. i like alot of fruits and stuff but everyone says i need veggies. i was thinking of detox, but after that, then what? or maybe drop the meats... but then i cant eat fruits all day everyday...can i?please helppp.

You can still eat whatever you please and still lose weight. The problem is with most food, we don t know when to stop eating. Just eat in moderation, DON T EAT UNTIL YOU ARE FULL! Just eat until you are not hungry anymore (4-5 SMALL meals a day). Since you like fruits a lot, when you have a meal, make your largest serving of your fruit, second largest is the meat (LEAN meat), then the smallest would be of the carbohydrates (bread products) But still in smaller servings than you would normally eat, just enough to where you can eat ALL of it but not quite full yet. This way your body doesn t try to take everything out of the one meal thruout the time you are full. Your body will be in continuous working, which will keep you energized throughout the day.Cardio is VERY important to lose weight, try jogging or powerwalking at least 20-45 minutes a day! Bike riding works too but should be done longer since it doesnt use the whole body to move.Drink plenty of water!Hope that made sense and helped!

Eggs have a lot of protein and are pretty common when people are dieting. Meats and fish are also a great source of protein and are commonly used in the Atkins Diet. well, exercise an hour a day and that will definitely help you lose weight fast if you work hard.also, i should warn you that lots of people find it easier to lose weight when they eat all healthy food types, including veggies. i hate all veggies, except for the V8 V fusion juice. it tastes like fruit juice but has veggies in it
