How to lose weight and have flat stomach? -

I weight around 120, and i m 5 3 so i want to lose like around five pounds, right now i m doing track, so i run around 2-4 miles a day, but i dont feel like i m getting any more toned or losing weight since i started excersizing around a month ago. any suggestions? I m also doing around 100 crunches four times a week, any stomach flatening ideas?

i would suggest doing yoga, its extremely relaxing and good for gaining mussel, in your core, arms, and legs but it sounds like your doing good enough now, if you just keep it up and be patient you should be good

The best time to work out is in the morning. Its a great way to get your body up and at it. Make sure you eat a nice healthy breakfast to give you that enrgy. You can work out at night I m sure but then you have less time being awake to burn calories. I think you should have something in your stomach before you work out but i think i once heard that your body burns the most calories within the hour after your work out. But i could be wrong. How to lose weight in less then 3 weeks? -

I m 13 years old, and i m bout 139 pounds. My friends say i m not fat, but same people say i m getting a gut. I m only 5 5 - 5 6 and i want to loost atleast 10 pounds. How can i do that in less then 3 weeks?

Try this: eat 1 banana and only 1 granola bar for breakfast. wait 4 hours and eat 1 apple and the other granola bar for lunch. wait another 3 hours and eat a yoplait yogurt, choose either stawberry or peach flavor, they are only 50 calories!! Make sure you drink atleast 1 bottle of water to help you stay full. If you feel you need more salts eat 2 saltine crackers with your lunch or 20 raw almonds.
