Does Hypnosis work for weight loss? -

I was looking at the Steve Ira weight loss program and I was wondering if anyone has used it, or have had success in hypnosis for weight loss. Please help me out, I feel so miserable with the way I look and I have been exercising and eating right, I just need something to add on to it, I suppose.

Hypnosis for weight loss does work, helps with creating new habits and decreasing not so good ones and for motivation.

Never used but it sounds to me like just another gimmick. I would advise doing the classic standard diet. Eat healthy and avoid fatty foods (this doesn t mean starving yourself) and adjust your calorie intake according to your day to day activities. There are plenty of free guides on line on just that or you can ask your doctor. You can still eat what you like you just have to control and watch what you eat. It will help to tone and speed up the process if after you ve dieted for around a month to start incorporating some excercise like walking and stuff. My dad used this method and lost around 70 pounds in six months. You can use quick methods and things like that but they will never keep the wieght off the best way is to lose it the right way.

no program will help you loose weight. you will have to eat healthier and excercise regually. then you will loose weight. weight loss programs act as if you can loose weight without excercising. you can t. you have to excerscie AND eat healthier. add more fruits and vegetables to your diet.

I need to loose about 15 kilos I was thinking about taking weight loss pills to help me. What has worked for you? How much fitness and exercise do I need to do to loose this stomach fat I have?

i would say to do food combining diets i know a lot of people who have done this and lost loads of weight. basically not eating carbs and proteins at the same time and easting fruit 30 Min s after a meal as it ferments if eaten with food. also eat wholemeal rice pasta and bread rather than white. typically you can eat any proteins with salad and vegetables and eat carbohydrates with salad or veg.your portions can be huge with this coz when you don t mix foods you don t fill up as quickly. you can also eat treats with upto 5g fat! hope this helps

None that KEEP it off. The only way that will happen is if you change your life style. Three healthy meals a day with 3 healthy snacks a day, 30 minutes of exercise per day and lots of consistency.......

just take a 45 min walk and avoid all fatty food. dont diet . i lost 10 kgs with it
