go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on yourinitial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don t eat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But your diet isstill balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on astool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make surethat it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or youwill damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of yourbody back, until it s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second andmove it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week addto the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - sixpack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than thesecrunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results ATALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

I m getting married in oct and I need to lose some weight. I have lost lots of weight in the past but let myself gain twenty pounds back :( now I m engaged and gettiing married help!

A good way to lose weight is the jumping rope, the one boxers use, that combined with some abs workout can do wonders.

Try eating smaller helpings. Try buying the boost drinks and having them for your breakfast and lunch and eat a sensible dinner. We all like to eat so try your best. He will love you no matter what.

I won t tell you to stop eating, but only to make better choices. This can be very difficult when you re under so much stress, but if you re dedicated you can do it. I m a vegetarian and soon to be raw foodist. Ever since I stop eating meat I ve been losing the weight like that. I don t really get hungry because I keep myself active. I don t just mean sports or exercise either. I just plan my day, and keep myself busy. If I were you I would at least jog in the morning even if only for a mile, (not treadmill). Eat 3 leaves of kale, a banana, grapes, a hand full of spinach, and blue berries for breakfast. I take Spirulina three times a day. Spirulina is not a dieting pill. It s a blue-green algae that supplies your body with every thing it needs. It s also known as the nearly perfect food of the future. Drink lots of clean water ( not tap). Just do this everyday, and you should be fine. When I get hungry I munch on a mixture of dried goji berries, pine nuts, and cacao. I sometimes sweeten it with raw honey. Im not telling you, you have to do this, but I think it would help. I hope I have helped you.

This is what worked for me. My Dr. recommened The Medifast Diet. It is Soy Protein. It teaches you to eat 5-6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours to speed up your metabolism. You need a good combination of aerobic activity and resistance training combined with a healthy diet.It is not recommended to lose more than 1-3 lbs a week. If you want to lose weight the correct and safe way that will stay off for the long-term you need a good exercise and nutrition plan.A good program looks like this:Always warm up and cool downMuscular strength endurance-you need a good resistance training program that includes exercises for all muscle groups(hips, chest, upper and mid back, legs (quads and hamstrings), shoulders, lower back, upper arms (biceps and triceps), calves, forearms, abdomen, and the gluteus maximus).Your intensity should be 70-80% 1-RM or 8-12-RM, 8-12 reps, 1 or more sets, 3 times a week for 6 weeks or more. You should begin with 1 exercise for each major muscle group and make sure the days you do resistance training are not consecutive meaning you don t exercise the same muscle group two days in a row. As you continue your program you can add more exercises, add weight, and change up your program to include more days or just work specific muscle groups on specific days. As your muscles grow stronger you will be able to reduce the rest time between each set. You should rest for about 30 seconds between sets. Muscle is metabolically active and therefore when you gain muscle it burns more calories and helps to raise your metabolism.Cardiovascular Endurance-this is where you can burn fat the most and that leads to enhancing your muscles such as the abs. You need to include a warm-up and cool-down. I have an extensive answer on this section if you would like to read ithttp://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;Body Composition-this includes your body fat percentage, bone frame, as well as how much muscle you have. Most people focus on only weight, but you should not put as much focus on that as much as what your body fat percentage is (get it tested at an exercise facility with skinfold calipers). You should also get circumference measurements done. This includes your neck, shoulder, chest, waist, abdominal, hip (buttocks), thigh (proximal), thigh (mid), thigh (distal), knee, calf, ankle, arm (bicep), forearm, and wrist. You should be able to do this at a gym. You should get all of this information done before you start your program and then you can see how you improve.Flexibility- Most people do not even think about this, but it is very important because it helps to prevent injury and it helps you to perform every day activities. It also has an effect on all your other programs. You should perform 10-12 flexibility exercises every day. Slowly stretch the muscle to a point of mild discomfort but not necessarily pain. Hold stretch for 10-30 seconds, and do 3-5 reps for each stretch. This should take about 15-30 minutes per session. If you do not have time to do this every day, try to do it 2-3 times a week.You have to make sure that you eat right and that means following the food guide pyramid. I have another answer that discusses thishttp://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;

naturally- eat smaller portions of healthier, yet not rabbit, food. only eat 3 meals a day and say no to any snacks in between. and exercise that makes u outta breath for an hour a day.

I need to lose as much weight as I can as quickly as possible! Help?

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. firstly it is bad for you to loose to mcuh weight very fast, there could be several health risks. Your skin could sag and you are likely to put the weight back on. But im just here to help. so to lose weight really fast cut the amount of food your eating in half. Have 5 meals a day instead of 3 but these 5 meals should be very small. Drink water and lots of it, water detoxs you body and fills you up. Most people eat when they are thirsty so it is essentail to drink plenty of water. With this diet you must also exercise. I recommend cardio vascular exercise, this works you heart and lungs and will help to lose weight. I recommend swimming jogging walking and cycling.To lose weight even faster stop smoking, drinking alchol and coffe. Take a healthy alternative like herbal tea or a fruit smoothie. Fruit smootheis are one of the best ways to lose weight. Use probiotic yougurt and no sugar but instead honey and fruit and ice and blend it all and you get a delicious healthy fruit smoothie which is both healthy and filling.I hope this helps

what works for me is to partially juice fast, with perhaps a small meal of fresh fruit, lots of herbal tea, a large salad for supper, and at least an hour of exercise every day. You can also have lean proteins like chicken breast, salmon and tuna with your salad. Also it helps to properly combine your meals: don t eat both carbos and proteins together, but rather have either one combined with vegetables. For example, instead of having chicken, rice and a vegetable, have the chicken, veg and a salad, OR have the rice and veg and a salad.For snacks, have things like celery and cucumber that are full of water, with perhaps a small handful of nuts to keep you feeling satisfied.cheers!

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://thebestcleansingdiet.com

Do a master cleanse, http://therawfoodsite.com/ and I guarantee that you will lose weight.A perhaps less radical approach would be to do a juice fast and work out hard.

exercise 5-6 times a week for 1 hour.. and diet consists of salad, lean meats, fruit, nuts, and whole grains.
