Eat in smaller portions and exercise. Run. Do sit ups or push ups when u wake up and/or hour or so before bed.

You have my sympathy. Its that soul food that s killing you. What you need is protein fat. It satisfies your hunger and you eat less bread, pasta, starchy vegetables (potatoes), etc.These refined carbs are digested so fast that the body turns them directly into body fat! Ever heard of beer bellies .Eggs are probably the cheapest source of protein. Milk is good. You can usually get ham hamburger (fat, not lean) chicken for $2/pound. Protein fat is only used for muscle energy. Never for body fat. Eat as much as you want. Any excess is just excreted

eat better and excercise, but when you excersice don t use the dumbbells thats what makes the muscle. =]

decreasing body fat takes a caloric deficit over an extended period of time. increasing muscle mass takes using progressive resistance and there has to be a caloric excess in the diet for an extended period of time. gaining muscle is not as easy as the masses believe.

If any of them worked do you think that people would spend so much time, hardwork and effort doing the right things?The only way to loose fat is to burn more calories than you eat. You can do this by eating healthy and working out. Resistance training will also help as more muscle will keep your curves and boost your metabolism causing you to burn more fat. I have a longer more detailed version of this but the bottom line is that there is no shortcuts... eat right, get to the gym, start light, and work hard. Consistency is the key here.

a good lower cal diet and lots of cardio, but u cannot pick and choose where you lose fat. It happens all over. Targeting fat loss is impossible

How to lose weight with a busy schedule? -

I basically need to lose about 5-7lbs. But i work 8 hours mon-friday and go to school at night sometimes not getting home until 8pm and then have to go right to bed so i can get up in the morning. I usually eat one meal a day with a little more depending upon the day and time i have at home. Any suggestions?

That s very bad for your body, you need to eat small meals more often, never Dont eat it s really bad for your body.What happens is you starve your body and your stomach shrinks so when you eat a few things happen.1.
