How can i lose weight fast? -

Well I am 14 year old girl and I m 5 3 weighing 146 pounds I am desperate to lose weight fast and its coming to the point where I feel disgusted about myself and I m starting to want to be anorexic please help me

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

Hiya hunniIm 14 too and Weight is pretty a big issue for girls now , Ive been on loads of diets and trust me,anorexia doesnt help.Im starting the rosemary conley GI hip and thigh plan today, Ive read the book through and it sounds good,You have 1400 calories a day mixed with toning exercises and within the first three weeks you can lose 10lb. If you cant get hold of a book from a local libray just follow these rules.x Eat fruit and vegx Workout 40 mins a dayx Drink loads of waterx Cut back on the obviousGood luck hunni =]Tatty xx

Dam-it, when I was 14 I was outside skateboarding, jumping rope, playing football, and baseball. The only time I was in the house was for dinner or to sleep. I never once thought about losing weight, being desperate and disgusted, and I surely never considered anorexia. Wow, times have changed. I m still like that too. My advice is to get moving, physically. Go out and be a young girl, have some fun, don t get into drinking and drugs, and DO NOT use extreme measures like anorexia, jeeze!

what is must feel like to be a 14 year old girl again! lol!I have no idea what your life is like, how much physical activity you are at or what your eating habits are like so I dont really know how to answer this, but at your age, it will come off fast so dont worry about that. Since you are so young, I would say start running or jogging, eat your fruits and veggies, and whole grains, whole grains burn up FAST. drink lots of water, 146 pounds is not a lot, when I am that weight, I am really defined. Dont be so hard on yourself, you are young, just exercise as much as you can, it will be so easy for you unlike me, I got fat when I got a desk job, a drivers license, and a car, lol, not I am 27 and its hard for me so stop crying, lol.

1. dont bank on the words fast , easy , simple quick ....to stay safe, you shoudnt lose beyond 4 pounds of fat per week2. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day...get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym, experiment all forms of cardio available and stick to all that you like3. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices, lowfat milk and lots of green tea4. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well..make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss- fruits, oatmeal, milk, raw nuts, fish, beans, veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas.5. do lots of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio6. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal eating in advance)7. dont trust myths like no food after 7pm ...you have to stay nourished to lose fat,..the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal... 8. Always push yourself n never give up!but get enough rest too...Stay focused on your goal and God bless you...

if you want to lose weight and keep it off it wont happen over night.exercise and eat only heathy food. drink plenty of water and green tea.dont starve yourself or do any drugs lol as it might help you lose weight put you will just put it all back on again and then more.

Simply drink 10-15 glasses of water a day. NO TO CARBONATED DRINKS. Do not eat spicy food. I have done this and I lose weight from 75kilos to 62kilos in 3 months.Cheer up!!!!! GOD BLESS THE CHILD!!!!!

I need tips on how 2 lose weight faster. I am a 14 yr old girl who is over weight but Im not all that big. -

Tip One: Exercise, be active. To lose weight, you must BURN more calories than you NEED to maintain your current weight. Add at least 30 minutes to 1 hour of activity a day. Walking, running, dancing, swimming, working out, et cetera. Just move.Tip Two: Eat breakfast and every 3 hours after that. Small meals, balanced meals -- some good carbs, good fats, and protein. Keep your metabolism fired up and churning away. Starving yourself or skipping meals -- well, that has the effect of forcing your metabolism to slow down, and you lose muscle in the process. Don t go on a low calorie diet -- save your muscles, and feed your body.Tip Three: Repeat Tip One and Tip Two EVERY DAY. Consistency is everything.Advice -- speak to a licensed dietician, as well as your primary care physician. Make sure you are clear to do everything you will need to do to lose weight.

do gym in school if you arent already, join the school sports clubs (running club made me loose 5 lbs- as if im not underweight already; try out for the team too!), cut down on the hamburgers and fries, get good sleep, walk to school if you can, eat your fruits and veggies, drink 8 cups of water a day, de-stress yourself as much as possible (so maybe get your homework done on time and earlier),hang out with friends that eat healthy, live healthy and look healthy (like dont hang out with the anerexic fast food eating girls),cut the caffeine...um thats all i can think of now...

eat fruits and vegetables, no FASTFOOD, be very picky, eat lean meat, don t eat any saturated fat; oils and fats whihc seem solid like margarine, animal fat, and exercise! drink lotsa water!

cut your sugars and starches eat more natural sugars that are in fruits

Tell me how....!!!!! I am 14 teen and i do not little big and I am over wight send me some thing ....good luck....

you probably don t need to lose weight have you asked I friend or an adult?Well if your sure you do you should do a fun exercise and eat healthy food and depending on how wealthy your family is you could get a personal trainer but if you don t just don t worry your probably are not overweight!

do your best to be healthy, but stay confident in who you are. you are beautiful, with or without a few extra pounds

Get off the couch or out from in front of your computer and go on a walk, or run! Drink plenty of water and eat natural food that you can find in your own garden, you could even take up gardening, the food you grow is healthier for you anyways and gardening will keep you off the couch. Also when you snack or b4 u snack ask yourself if your really just hungry or if your bored, if your bored thin of something productive to do and do it! If you decide you really are hungry eat an apple or a banana, or any veggies with a low fat dip!

I have searched the world over and have found the solution! My friend is on these products, and she let me try some of hers. Wow, I am full of energy, I lost weight and it is done in a very healthy way--no stimulants! Tell your Mom to let you try it, if she agrees, just email me for the link: isabodydesign@yahoo.com

dont syop eating because when you start eating again you will gain waeit twice as fat just eat helthy no chips walk 5 miles 3 times a week

It s important to make sure that you watch what you eat and exercise often. It s a combination of both. You can t just do one or the other.

Losing weight fast isnt the best idea. One its not healthy, two you re more likely to gain it all back and a little extra.Dieting at your age isnt neccesary. Just cut out fast food and junk food. Snack on vegtables and fruit. Have lower far dairy products, whole grain pastas and cereals and just normal exercise (walking, bike riding, roller blading, etc).If you are really that concerned, ask your doctor to refer you to a Nutrionist.

Will this help me lose weight fast? -

If i wake up and eat no breakfast then eat some veggies at lunch and some at dinner , drink atleast 2 water bottles a day and walk the dog evrey night for a tleast 20 mins , will i start losing weight?

Yeah you will lose weight really fast like that. =).. do have like at least 100 calories of protein though

Go over the list and decide which foods to cut out or reduce. Cutting calories is usually a lot easier than you might think. For example, that daily tall latte in the morning may pack 500 calories. Since a pound of flab (lost or gained) is roughly equivalent to 3,500 calories, replacing that rich beverage with black coffee can help you lose a pound a week. Other easy cuts include salad dressing (salad dressing is the number one source of fat in the average American woman s diet) soda pop, candy, and butter. Look at the nutritional information for the foods you eat, pay special attention to your intake of saturated fats and empty calories (high-sugar foods). You don t need to cut these things out entirely, but if you reduce your intake of high-fat, high-calorie foods you ll lose weight faster.

Ok well the first mistake your making is skipping breakfast because your metabolism shuts down while you sleep. Eating breakfast is what wakes it back up and says Hey! You have a job to do! So you want to eat breakfast no matter what, it also helps to make your breakfast one of your larger meals because you will burn the food off through out the day. Lighter dinners are the key and you want to drink more than 2 bottled waters a day, you want to drink 64oz which is 4 bottles. Also walking the dog for 20 mins really isn t enough exercise try doing that for a week and then go longer, or make sure your speeding up. Basically every week you want your exercise to be increased either in duration or in intensity until your burning more calories than your taking in. Go to sparkpeople.com and sign up its free and it will give you all the info and tools to get you going. It also has a nutrition and fitness tracker to make it easier on you.

How can i lose weight fast? -

hi i really need to lose weight in 7 days.for my trip and i need to know some ideas about how to do that.

exercise and remember to burn MORE calories than you TAKE IN.

Start exercising about cardio every day for a least 30 minutes more than that will be beneficial. Cardio being exercises in which get your heart pumping with no stopping such as running, treadmill, stationary cycling, jogging with no stop. Eat 6 small meals per day with low sugar and protein ex. such as skinless chicken breast, tuna. Also, replace milk with skim or low-fat. Soy milk is also good. Replace, bread with whole grain bread. With no high fructose corn syrup you must look at it on the back on the ingredients of the bag. Eat nuts for they are good type of fats. Salads, should be with balsamic vinagrette dressing again check for high fructose corn syrup. Cut out sugar and replace them with fresh fruits. Add vegetables to your meals. Snacks are considered a meal. Try to eat small not large. Make sure not to exceed the 5 portions of fruit and vegetables per day. Try to have a cereal with no high fructose corn syrup and low on sugar. If you must add sugar add splenda. And I believe that is all. Hope this helps.

I need to lose weight fast and i dont care how well yes i do? -

help i think i am fat i wear i size 14 in juniors im fat !! well you think thats fat when you look at me i dont look fat because most of my fat is in my butt i can fit a 12 but by butt too big when i gain weight it goes to my butt to by then my legs then my tummy then my arms

The healthiest way to lose weight is neither crash diets nor bursts of exercise. The body likes slow changes in terms of food and exercise. For example, someone who has not exercised for years should not rush into running miles a day or pounding the treadmill. Not only will the struggle to do so leave you feeling disheartened and demotivated, you re also far more likely to injure yourself and set your fitness levels back further. The same goes for people who suddenly start starving themselves. Diets that severely restrict calories or the types of food allowed can lead you to be deficient in the nutrients and vitamins that your body needs. So if you need to lose weight, what should you do?Energy needs and weight lossYour body uses food for energy. It stores any excess energy as fat. This means if you eat more food than your body needs for daily activities and cell maintenance, you will gain weight. To lose weight, you need to get your body to use up these stores of fat. The most effective way to do this is to: * reduce the amount of calories you eat * increase your levels of activity. This is why experts talk about weight loss in terms of diet and exercise.Introduce changes graduallySmall changes can make a big difference. One extra biscuit a week can lead you to gain 5lb a year C cut that biscuit out of your diet and you ll lose the same amount. You are also more likely to stick to, say, swapping full-fat milk for semi-skimmed or making time for breakfast each morning than a diet that sets rules for all foods. You should think of weight loss in terms of permanently changing your eating habits. While weight-loss goals are usually set in term of weeks, the end game is to sustain these changes over months and years.Increase your activity levelsSomeone who increases the amount they exercise, but maintains the same diet and calorie intake, will almost certainly lose weight. No matter if you hate gyms - even light exercise such as a short 20 minute walk will be beneficial if done most days of the week.Every single time you exercise more than usual, you burn calories and fat. There are lots of ways to increase the amount of activity you do. Team sports, racket sports, aerobics classes, running, walking, swimming and cycling will all improve your fitness levels.Find something you enjoy that s easy for you to do in terms of location and cost. You are then more likely to build it into your routine and continue to exercise, despite inevitably missing the odd session through holidays, family commitments, etc. * Get out and about at the weekend. Leave your car on the drive and walk to the shops. Try to incorporate longer walks into outings to the park, coast or countryside and take a picnic so you are in control of what you are going to eat that day. * Every extra step you take helps. Always use the stairs instead of the lift, or get off the bus a stop before the usual one and walk the rest of the way. * Use commercial breaks between TV-programmes to stand up and do exercise, or consider using an exercise bicycle in the living room while watching your favourite programme.Reduce your calorie intakeWhat is overweight?Doctors use BMI to assess weight.A BMI of 18.5-25 is healthy. If you have a BMI of more than 25 you are overweight.Over 30 is obese.Over 40 is morbidly obese. To calculate your BMI, you ll need to know your weight in kilos and your height in metres, then follow the example below.1. Multiply your height by itself, eg 1.7x1.7= 2.89.2. Divide your weight (eg 80kg) by this figure.3. 80 2.89= 27.7.27.7 is the BMI.If you are overweight, you can t continue with your current eating habits. It s not possible to reduce body fat while eating lots of food, cakes and sweets. This doesn t mean you can never have any treats, but you need to learn how to limit these foods to small quantities - say, for special occasions. In terms of weight-loss, you can get your body to use up existing stores of fat by eating less and making healthier choices. This doesn t mean crash diet (anything less than 1500 calories), which usually ends up with you either getting weaker or giving up in desperation. Quick-fix diets can lead to a yo-yoing effect of drastic weight loss followed by weight gain, resulting in a vicious cycle. There are no shortcuts to losing weight in a healthy and reasonable way.Eating 300 to 500 calories less per day should lead to a loss of between one and two pounds per week. This is a realistic target. It may seem slow, but would add up to a weight loss of more than three stone in a year.Fat contains the most amount of calories out of all the food types (protein, carbohydrates), so a good way to achieve this is to cut down on fatty foods and eat more wholegrain bread, fruit and vegetables.Below are ways to reduce calorie intake without having to alter your diet signific

Just minimize your portions. Cut foods that are high in sugars or carbs like soda (or limit yourself to 3 diet sodas per day if you must) and bread. Eat a larger breakfast (studies have shown that eating eggs for breakfast decreased peoples appetite throughout the day) but keep your other meals small. Drink a lot of water throughout the day preferably with ice. Your body will burn more calories if you drink cold water. Try to eat foods that contain a lot of water (veggies like lettuce and celery) also eat foods with high fiber. Snack on almonds or something else high in fiber.EXERCISE! Any activity that is out of your usual routine will help. Start off by walking an extra mile or dance around your house.

be balimac or aneraxic

...what?If you lose weight too fast, you re just going to bounce back to your old weight :/

how about you use punctuation so i can understand that

try weight watchers... they have a really good program...

stop eating junk food eat more fruit and veggies and do some exercise

How Can I Lose Weight Fast? -

Allright School being a couple weeks away...Homecoming will probably been in a Month n a half - Two months awayNOw im 17 5 6 and i weigh 210I dont look too big at all ... i juss look like a regular chubby kid ya kno ... but i feel as if i Do need 2 lose weight quick...and i would love to have it off by HomecomingWhat could i do...without any specific diet other than 6 small meals a day... im focusing on the exercise....

The simplest answer about losing weight;Use up more calories than you take in. That s it.You could even eat sweets all day, but if you exercise heavily to counter it, then you would break even.Exercise, focus on cardiovascular and aerobics. Try to avoid weight lifting and such (or at least limit it). A nice 20 minute jog everyday does wonders.

I d suggest drinking tons but i mean tons of water, go running atleast 4 times a week for like 30 mins. Cut down on fast food joints and eat salads and granola bars n yeah thats all i can think of. Good luck man!

Healthy weight loss tips * Take one pound at a time Dont get overwhelmed by how much weight you need to lose. Try to remember that losing 15 pounds in two weeks is nothing to celebrate. It is important to realize that the more quickly weight is lost, the more likely the loss is coming from water and muscle, not fat. Since muscle tissue is critical in keeping our metabolism elevated, losing it actually leads to a decrease in the amount of calories we can each day without gaining weight. Fat loss is best achieved when weight is lost slowly. Strive for a weight loss of no more than 3-4 pounds per week. One pound of weight is equivalent to 3500 calories. * Set Reachable Goals For instance, if you know you need to get more exercise, begin with a manageable goal of, say, walking 10 minutes a day that you know you can achieve. Then build your self-esteem by achieving the small goals you set yourself. The same logic applies for losing weight. * Stay off the scales Dont get discouraged when your progress seems to be slow according to your bathroom scales. They do not provide a true measure of what is going on with the body. If exercise levels are adequate (5-7 days a week), you may be putting on muscle but losing fat, thus losing inches even if you are not losing pounds. It s always a good idea to do several body measurements to have a second objective way to monitor progress. * Stay focused on being healthy, not thin # Many people become more successful at long term weight loss when their motive changes from wanting to be thinner to wanting to be healthier. Change your mindset to think about selecting foods that will help your body s health rather than worrying about foods that will affect your body s weight. The Food Pyramid offers a basic outline of the types and amounts of food you should eat each day to give your body the nutrients it needs for optimal health. * Fat Free? We ve known for some time that limiting high fat foods in the diet can be helpful with weight loss. That s because fats pack in 9 calories per gram compared to only 4 calories per gram from proteins or carbohydrates. To many, the message to limit fats implied an endorsement to eat unlimited amounts of fat-free products. Just to clarify, fat-free foods have calories too. In some cases fat-free foods have as many calories as their fat laden counterparts. If you eat more calories than your body uses, you will gain weight. Eating less fat will help you to lose weight. Eating less fat and replacing it with excessive amounts of fat-free products will not. * Drink plenty of water Drink eight glasses a day. Water is a natural appetite-suppressant. Nettle tea is a great weight-loss tea as it supports metabolism and has diuretic properties. * Reward yourself # Each time you reach a goal, such as losing 5 pounds, reward yourself with a gift or a massage. * Seek help if you need it # A big key in long term weight control comes from receiving encouragement and support from others. Find a friend to lose weight with or you can check to see if groups such as Weight Watchers, or eDiets offer programs and resources in your area by clicking the links. You may also wish to check with your local hospital to see if their registered dietician conducts group weight loss programs. * Watch your portions With the advent of supersize meals and increasingly huge portions at restaurants, our concept of normal serving sizes is a distant memory. Be mindful of the amounts of food you consume at a sitting. When necessary, divide your food in half and ask for a take home bag. It is all too easy to be a plate cleaner even when served enormous portions. Learn to pay attention to your hunger level and stop eating when you feel comfortably full, not stuffed. * Eat your food slowly Did you ever notice that thin people take an awfully long time to eat their food? Eating slowly is one method that can help take off pounds. That s because from the time you begin eating it takes the brain 20 minutes to start signaling feelings of fullness. Fast eaters often eat beyond their true level of fullness before the 20 minute signal has had a chance to set in. The amount of calories consumed before you begin to feel full can vary significantly depending on how quickly you eat. So slow down, take smaller bites and enjoy your food.

there is no magic formula or shortcut to losing weight fast--but here are some things you can do:1) exercise! any form of aerobic exercise is the best (running, swimming, skip-roping etc) because it gets your heart rate up and makes you sweat. aim for half an hour of exercise three times a week. lifting some light weights (repetition over heavy weights) can also help you tone. shake it up and do a bunch of different activities, or call your friends out to join you so it wont get too boring. 2) drink water! you re losing water as you sweat, so keep up the fluids. plus, water does wonder for your skin!3) cut (or at least reduce) your sugar intake. take it easy on the coke, chocolate, cookies, all those sweet things that taste good (i know its hard :p). up your fruits/veggies and decrease (but don t cut) your carbs. 4) get sleep! a solid 6-8 hours really makes you feel great.some people experience an initial weight gain when they start exercising (and drinking more water), but thats because your body tends to want to hold on to water supplies until it realizes that you are faithful in replenishing your body with water. then you ll see the weight drop :). so dont be discouraged if you dont see immediate results--you ll see it for sure by homecoming! consider a lifestyle change--making being healthier a goal, and you ll be in good shape in the long run (rather than gaining, and then losing and gaining again in some viscous cycle).good luck, and keep at it! :)

Drink alot of water.

Hi Try this simple plan,it really worked for me so here goes,If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckxGood luck

I dont know I am still trying. let me know when you get the answer.

First of all, drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water a day. Next eat only half of whats on your plate, but...........always eat your protein in a 3-1 ratio meaning for every three bites of protein that you eat, you take one bite of something else. And lastly make sure you chew you food excessively to the point of baby food consistency. Not only does that promote slower eating but better digestion. Good Luck!!!

Seek medical advice before attempting any diet. But diet alone won t work. You will need a lifestyle change and exercise.

I would ask your cross country or track coach at your high school if you can work out with the team for weight lose purposes. Im sure he d be happy to let you. Also eat smaller food portions and low carlie food with low trans fat. And Drink water.

stop eating.for a while.it works for me.

EXLAX...itll flush you right out fast!

My doctor once told me I could lose 12 ugly pounds immediately by cutting off my head...Unfortunately that s the only way to lose weight fast. Start now learning proper nutrition and put exercise into everyday - if only for 15 or 20 minutes. The only good way to maintain weight loss is by consistently eating properly and exercising. The weight will come off slowly, but it will stay off as long as you maintain good habits.I wish I had done so at 17; I would not be the fatty I am today.

im not so sure i am wondering that myself..my only suggestion is to continue what u r doing
