How to lose weight fast? -

I want to lose weight th fastest way I can. As we all know, summer is approaching and it s the time to go swimming, I would really like to actually take my shirt off and not feel so insecure. I m aiming to lose around 20-30 pounds, I d just like some sense of direction, as to what exercises to do, for how long, and how often. I WILL NOT starve myself, go on crash diets, undergo surgery, ect. Please help, it s appreciated!

Cardio is the best and quickest way to lose weight. If you run several miles a day (with a day off to rest) you could potentially lose 3lbs a week. It will most likely be 1-2lb a week loss. Can you run 5 miles a day, for 3 days then take 1 day off for rest? You could try doing High Intensity Interval Training so you would have to run hard for 30 seconds, then walk for 30-60 seconds, then repeat. You don t need to starve yourself, what you need to do is not eat junk food, drink soda, snack or eat late at night. Make sure to stay hydrated with water and eat protein to build muscle, the more muscle you have the more calories you will burn while your body is idle. If you add in some resistance training then you will increase the amount of calories you burn, you could try putting weights inside a backpack then wearing the backpack while you run. Just don t make it to heavy.

You don t need to do much, watch what you eat though, when you make yourself a meal to eat, make sure it s 60 carbs, no more, when you have snacks, you can have 20 carbs. For excercise, just spend spend time playing a sport or something, swimming, running, whatever you like for half an hour at least 2 or 3 times a week. My doctor told me to do this, it worked out very well for me. It seems like much to do, but it really isn t if you are determined to get it done. For children the carbs would be 45 per meal and 15 per snack. hope this helps you :)

I ve had an eating disorder for the last two years and something I do after a major binge is I eat only celery and drink green tea/diet dr. pepper. You can eat as much celery as you want without gaining any weight and it doesn t make you feel like your starving because you can constantly munch on something. The diet dr. pepper makes my stomach feel full for a little bit and the caffeine helps keep me going because I m lacking the boost from foods. If you stick to this for the next 4 days, you will definitely be tired but you could lose 3-5 pounds maybe even more depending on how much you weigh now. But the weight will come back when you start to eat normally.

there s this diet where you eat maple syrup cayenne pepper and lemon juice. and nothing else. not even water. they claim you feel weird because the toxins are being released from your body but really you re only consuming 300 calories. beyonce did it to get thin for dream girls and even she admits that it wasn t worth it.

Regardless of what people say, the Atkins Diet is very healthy and you can drop 10-20 pounds in the first 2 weeks. Now keep in mind, this is mostly water weight so the real fat lose occurs after the first 3-4 weeks. It s an awesome diet for dropping weight fast. eliminate simple carbohydrates from your diet as they contain high amounts of sugar which feed your pre-exisitng fat deposits. avoid white breads and white rice. increase your complex carb intake by eating whole grain/wheat products, brown rice, sweet potatoes, etc. you can find extensive lists of delicious foods containing complex carbs just by googling.sodas of any kind should definitely go. as should any other beverages other than water. gatorade is notoriously high in sugar as are most energy drinks.fried foods and fast foods must go. if you re a dark meat kind of guy when it comes to poultry, try cutting down on it and increasing your white meat consumption as there is significantly less fat.increase your protein and fiber intake. your body naturally burns calories when absorbing whey proteins, so consider drinking a shake or two a day as a snack or as a fix for your sweet tooth incase you have one.

Number one rule of weight loss, do not drink your calories. Cut out any and all sugary drinks. Stay away from cream based sauces and butter. Dam-it, when I was 14 I was outside skateboarding, jumping rope, playing football, and baseball. The only time I was in the house was for dinner or to sleep. I never once thought about losing weight, being desperate and disgusted, and I surely never considered anorexia. Wow, times have changed. I m still like that too. My advice is to get moving, physically. Go out and be a young girl, have some fun, don t get into drinking and drugs, and DO NOT use extreme measures like anorexia, jeeze!

if you are just trying to lose fat instead of gaining muscle and willing to go on crazy diet, try this. i am a guy and i was 200lb 3 years ago and after doing this for 2 months i lost 45~50LBsit was little boring diet but i got all my nutrition and exercise. and i m still in 150~160lb range with more muscle.run 1 mile, walk 1mile, and run 1 mile (total 3) everyday.(play basketball or tennis for 1hr for once a week)eat one Apple and one slice of wheat bread and a cup of milk for breakfast.eat 2~3 boiled egg and one banana with orange juice for luncheat some skinless chicken breast and some wheat bread and juice or milk( i drank diet coke sometimes)and drink A LOT of water everydayno snacks allowed.

well try not eating and only drinking water for a few days or just eat vegetables and fruit no red meat no soda just that and water for a week and by the end of the week you will probably loose a lot of weight.
