How do i lose weight fast ? -

i am 5 5 and weigh around 120 lbs im fourteen and feel really fat all the time. i need help on losing weight quickly.

first of all you are not at all fat, and this is probably just teen angst getting to you, people always are insecure about their bodies. you need to remember to be healthy. drink water and have fun exercising.

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Just try and eat healthy, like no Fast food. Don t eat Junk food alot. Like try to get healthy items and turn it into something yummy. Like celery,peanut butter, and raisins make ants on a log and thats really good (: besides that, just exercise. like in gym, instead of walking around, do something, like basketball or jump rope. I can t promise this will make you loose weight but its good to be healthly. And it will pay off when you get older.

im a little over 5 feet. im 14. i need to lose 15 pounds.
