How to lose weight fast? -

well im 13 and im not fat just wanna lose some weight,but i am so active i play soooooo many sports and i have my whole life i eat healthy and i dont eat a lot for like 3 weeks i wasnt eating but thats cause i was mad at some kid but thats bad so i stopped,what should i do,i lost 5 lbs during those few weeks and im not really losing help!!!!!!!!!

The reason you are not losing weight now is that your body is finally adjusting to normal after not eating much. The truth is that if you don t eat anything for a long time, at first you will lose weight, but then after you eat only a plate of food, you will gain like 3 pounds and rapidly gain weight. Eat a balanced diet with limited red meats and lots of fruit and vegetables for about 4 weeks. Did you know that no matter how many apples you eat, you can t gain an ounce of fat? Same goes for all fruits and vegetables, no lie. Just make sure you get some meat in your meals too. Fish is excelent and the omega 3 in it makes your hair and skin glow. Because your only 13 and your so active and still not losing weight, my guess is that the weight that is still there is what we call baby fat the only time thats going to go away is when you go through your growth spurt. I lost mine when I was 15...I got tall and thinned out. Not eating will actually cause you to gain weight. When you do eat, your body starts to store everything because it is afraid it wont get anymore food. The best way to lose weight is to eat 3 meals a day and a healthy snack in between. Make sure you eat really healthy and drink lots of water. You said you excerise so thats great, just keep it up!

I NEED to lose weight! I m overweight and I need a way to lose weight! Im begging for help right now!. What are the best exercises to melt away pounds. Especially in the thighs.
